Not sure if you’re getting your moneys worth here. Ordered a large ham and cheese sandwich and received a sandwich with literally one piece of ham on each half of the sandwich. Needless to say not very filling at all.

Called to place an order to go and asked for stuffed shells. I was told they didn't have any and if there was any it would be in the well. Which he proceeded to sigh after I asked him to check for me. Before even checking he told me they didn't have any when in fact I think he was being lazy and didn't want to walk 20ft not even to go look! Terrible service.

Fantastic Italians. I like how you can substitute a veggie for say, extra pickles! Very easy to order via touch screen. The staff were cool and make excellent food, especially at a gas station!

This Amatos was inside a Nuria gas station..I didn't get that part and drove around it several times before seeing the 6" X 2' sign.

I have been a life long fan of Amatos but am now no longer. I just stopped in to find that they have instituted an order kiosk and have dehumanized the ordering process. You are no longer able to get a sandwich as you want it. Once in the process, there is no intuitive way to back out. Just keep tapping on what is provided and it will work; but any attempts for customization are just painful. Total disappointment. I ended up leaving and going to the other sandwich shop down the street where I was waited on by human beings who were more than happy to fill the order as desired.

Have always had great experiences at this location. Most recent, I called to see what time they closed and they were in 5 mins but she still offered to take the order. Food turned out great, haven’t been disappointed yet in all the times I’ve been. Love Amato’s and their great food, auburn location is great as well.
