An outstanding place for a night out! A very cool kitschy unique destination. They have delicious food (including truly, next level tasty flatbreads), a great selection of craft cocktails and some on tap beers. They are often hosting activities such as, karaoke, trivia, cribbage, poetry readings, etc. The staff is so friendly and there are other locales (Sonder&Dram, the Vault, Forage) nearby to make it part of a fun bar hopping night!!

Obscura is a good spot to go and chill with a few friends, colleagues from work, or a date. The atmosphere is dark with a lot of symbolism of the third eye. It's a very trendy looking spot they offer nice meals and good beer and wine. The average price is between twelve dollars and thirty dollars.Down side: Their Flatbread is good the only downside is too much dressing on them which over powers the flavor. You order at the counter, you clear your own dishes, yet tips are expected.

Without a shadow of a doubt my favorite place to eat with the best food in all of Auburn Lewiston And surrounding areas Do not miss your chance to go eat at this restaurant as they have the most one of a kind menu you've ever seen.

We have only gotten take out thus far, although love the ambience of the space. Freshest salads we have had in a very long time. Flatbreads are delicious.

Really wanted a bite to eat but the volume of the music (bearing in mind the place was empty) drove us to eat elsewhere.

Great menu, good food & drinks. The only problem I have with this place is the atmosphere letdown when you walk in. Based on the outside of the building and their branding, you would expect a stunning antique/film noir/art deco styled interior. To be fair I have no idea how long this place has been open, but regardless the atmosphere is lacking. It’s a seriously watered down version of the aesthetic they’re going for, with the metal millennial-nightmare hip crushing chairs. This place has a lot of potential and I hope it improves over time.

I’m posting to provide feedback regarding my specific meal. This venue is super cool, and the staff are pleasant. My issue is with the pear walnut salad. For $12, I expected a portion a little bit larger. The spinach was fresh, but my salad had 5 walnuts (NOT candied, as they should be), two teeny pieces of pear, and the $4 chicken I paid for consisted of three THINLY sliced pieces about 1” long and 1/2” wide. The cheddar was sufficient. I was so looking forward to the combined flavors. Super bummed. My fault for not complaining at the time, but I had friends with me and the ambiance was good. I will be back, but do not intend on ordering this again.

I've been here twice now only during lunch hours so I can not review for any other time frame. Always a long wait, ridiculously long. 30+ minutes for two people and nearly noone else seated.. Have not tried drinks. The environment is interesting to say the least. Definitely a talking piece for customers. You have to order your own food and clean your own table so the requested tip at ordering seems like Americas typical tip happy society. I will tip for full service not quarter service and that's how it should be especially with slightly inflated prices. Food was decent. The Flatbread are alright but more than less a skimpy bar food pizza. The paninis seem to be some of the best around. I think the place has a lot of potential for evening drinking hours. This is by no means a negative review, just an honest review of what I have experienced during lunch hours. I imagine the evening hours are full of excitement.
