Cashier was rude and made sure and made a face with the “no tip.” Made us feel very uncomfortable and we won’t be back.We felt like they didn’t take care in making our food because of this.Parking: Great job with the shoveling

The food is always fresh, the service friendly and dinning room clean. One suggestion I would offer would be to brush the calzones with a garlic butter before and/or after cooking. It would add another dimension to the flavor.

When I said I wanted bacon and a "grotesque " amount of onions on my turkey sandwich... they did NOT skimp on me!!! The bread is not crusty.. its so soft... always the sane sandwich and always a happy customer.... PS... it may be the Creme Horns too!!!

The prices, portions, and staff know how seem to be moving in opposite directions...real "blind leading the blind"

Three adults for lunch. We had Italian sandwiches. Bread was fresh and soft. Vegetables were crisp and cut to a nice bite size. Just the right amount of oil, salt and pepper. Got the senior discount. prices are average for this type of food. Coupons in local newspaper for additional discounts and free items. Service was quick but not to talkative.

Sam's prices are going to put them out of business in the near future if they don't re-evaluate their prices. $12 Italian sandwiches when you can go to Amato's and get one for $5.99. More recently we were quoted a classic Italian party platter for $35.99 and when we went it pick it up was told it was $49.99. Never again will I buy from Sam's!!! Buyer beware!

Expensive for what it is, but good, especially the cookies, whoopie pies, ham pizza, and breakfast pizza.

Food quality and size of sandwiches have decreased dramatically. Service was OK. They seem to always mess up something or forget something when I call in order.
