Sent my husband in for supper tonight and I'm just disgusted. I had The Boss, and the meatballs were ice cold inside, like they hadn't been heated at all. I nuked it and went about eating. I always get my meatball subs with light marinara sauce. Husband said he ordered it that way, but the girl making it sighed and rolled her eyes. At least 3/4cup of sauce dripped off my damn sandwich. It was soggy and disgusting.THIS LOCATIONS SUCKS! The employees are lazy and incompetent.

Did a to go order... both sandwiches were made wrong. Right sandwich and meat but wrong veggies and sauce. Brought it back where the cashier took apart the sandwiches and said they were "basically the same thing". Sandwiches were remade with about half the normal amount of meat and veggies and basically no sauce. Highly unimpressed. I love subway but I will not be returning to this location again.

Meatball sub was completely burnt. Sauce was burnt, meatballs were burnt black. Tastes like a dogfood sandwich. Complete waste of time and money.

Normally I'm happy with my subs......until today. Ordered two foot long subs (one veggie and one grilled chicken) and he was probably new or never seen one made because he put both grilled chickens on the same half(see pics) so when I got home I had to fix it before eating. It's on my way home from work and the other employees have been great so I'll still stop here.

I have a certain subway I always visit but I inadvertently tapped on this location to order my salad on their app.. Big, BIG mistake! I placed an online order for a turkey Italiano salad which consists of turkey, pepperoni, and salami and all the veggies that go along with it. I specifically wrote in " special instructions" box, to put my sauces on the side and also asked for extra napkins and two sets of eating utensils. I have attached a photo of my receipt below specifying my order had special instructions. Forget about special instructions- they couldn't even make the correct salad i orders. They brought it to my car in a bag and placed it in the back of my car and I drove home looking forward to having this salad as my dinner. Let me mention that because I chose the wrong subway (my fault) it's a half hour drive each way with traffic- so it's not like it's right around the corner. When I got home what they actually gave me was a regular turkey salad- not the Italiano with pepperoni and salami as ordered. To make it worse- the sauces I requested on the side were heavily poured on top of the salad as you can see in the photo below. (Even McDonalds knows you don't put salad on a dressing to go) In addition I did not receive one single napkin and NO packages of eating utensils. I don't know who the owner of this particular subway shop is- but if this is how his employees follow written directions which they then print out on the receipt and tape to the bag- they need to be retrained, or they're bound to lose volumes of business. I will never go to this shop again. I have been ordering for years from the Subway on Mollison way and they have never once made an error. Of course I called and spoke to the only employee running the shop who said he had no power to refund my money and the best he could do was make me drive a 1/2 hour each way in traffic to return the salad they gave me an error and they would gladly make me a new one. They've got to be kidding!! If they think their salads are worth me going to all that the trouble because THEY made an error- I'd rather place this 1-Star review.
