I spoke with Michael on the phone. He was nice and took our emails and phone numbers and said he would send us all the information. We never received it. When my daughter spoke to him he stated he didn't have any idea what she was talking about. I have left many messages and sent many emails. I guess he doesn't know what goog customer service is.

Thank you Big Mike and your staff for making our wedding day the most magical day ever! All 110 people who attended absolutely LOVED your food and everything you all did. We can not wait to come back on a pop up day!!!!

It was great. They went out of their way to make sure that everything was right. You didn't find that in many places now a days. Thank you.

We were blown away by the food from The Pitt. During the tasting, Mike treated us like royalty. The food was so delicious, we had trouble narrowing down our choices! At the wedding, we got numerous compliments about the food from our guests. The portion sizes were generous and everyone was well fed. The bar service was great too. It was a pleasure working with Mike.

Have tried visiting here three times in the past 8 months. Have never managed to find them open. Weekdays, weekends, doesn't matter. There's a sign telling me to come back another time. I must have a sixth sense for when they're closed, or they aren't open much.

I contacted this company over 2 weeks ago. My email was to ask if they could provide catering and I sent the email on Sunday and received a response on Tuesday. The response was that they were busy over the weekend which is understandable and that they would respond shortly with additional information. I waited a week never got a response so I responded back and over the last week I've tried to contact them twice by sending an email to Mike who I believe is the owner. I have since moved on to another catering company and I'm still amazed that companies can survive with a lack of basic business customer service. I cannot comment on their food as I never had a chance to try it but I am very appreciative of competition.

My family and I have eaten here a few times and we went last night and 1st off the Menu has changed alot so what we had ordered before you can no longer order the way we used to. 2nd we ordered a round of sodas and the machine didn't work properly as it was all seltzer and no flavor, easy fix to change it out. Nope the waitress told us she didn't have time to change it out. Good to know. We said could we please just pay for the drinks we ordered and we would leave waited another 15 minutes with no return. So I left 20.00 on the table for 4 sodas as I wasn't paying for the 5th where the Mt Dew didn't taste like it. Just very unhappy and we won't be back.

Highly highly recommend The Pit for catering. We had them cater a 70th birthday in Naples and the food and service were both absolutely amazing! Mike was fantastic to work with, he was flexible to our menu requests, responded to emails quickly and the food was very reasonably priced for the quality. All of our guests raved about it, everything was delicious especially the teriyaki chicken and mac & cheese! We would certainly use them again in the future. If I could rate 10 stars I would!

Been wanting to go here for some time now and finally stopped in for dinner wife. Great attitide from our server on 6/2/22 which was working in the bar section. I had the brisket which was flavorful and tender broke apart with your fork and didn't even need the bbq sauce the had on the side which was also great flavor. The pulled pork was amazing especially when you mixed a bite of their mac n cheese with it which by itself was also an excellent side. Next time i go to The Pit i am definitely going after a full rack of ribs! Wish we tried this place sooner.

Bad, BAD BBQ, if you could call it that. I lived in the South most of my adult life, INCLUDING the Carolinas. They advertise Carolina style BBQ.... IT.... IS.... NOT!!! Dry rub seasoning on Dry as a skeleton in the desert ribs, the ONLY part of the ribs that wasn't dry, was all fat! Oh, and about that Carolina style sauce?!? LOL. It was more honey mustard, than ANY BBQ sauce I've had throughout the Carolinas.Slaw tasted old and almost fermented. The desserts were definitely from premade from a package, and tasted of freezer burn.Service was almost as bad as the food, waitress stopped at our table once after getting our meal, would have been nice to get a refill on the drinks with those dry ribs. Do yourself a favor and stay away from the Pit. Because that's what it is, the pits..... If I could give a rating lower than 1, I most certainly would.

Tried this place out for the first time tonight. Will not be back. The brisket was flavorless. The pulled pork sickly sweet. The green beans so overcooked as to be vile. And the fries floppy and over salted.

Really good pulled pork and burgers. Actually the best I have had traveling around new England. The cornbread is also super fresh and moist and something to die for. Enjoy the two rounds of beers in the kitchen you earned it!
