Fine beer, friendly service, okay food, overpriced. Great interior design if a little impersonal, but that's only due to its large size. It's clean and well lit, good place for a first date.

The food was absolutely wonderful with quite a wide variety. The selection of drinks change per season the sign of a well adjusted public house. I especially like the variety of seltzers as well as beers on tap. The service was fast and courteous. Food always served with a smile and always willing to suggest selections from the menu. I can't wait to return. Trivia night I believe is on Thursday and always adds a fun atmosphere. Being inside a mill does not excite but their set up is righteous and welcoming.

The Pub at Baxter went above and beyond and I can not Thank the staff enough. Apologize for the spellings in advance if I get anyone's name wrong - Brandi, coordinating the entire event, McKenzie (aka Meredith) who took drink orders by the 20, Logan who helped set up and greet everyone with a smile - Thank you Thank you Thank you. This team pulled off a celebration-of-life for my Father and our family of 35 in Lewiston during a very hard time for us, the community, and the state. The food and drinks were phenomenal and the service was unmatched. It is so appreciated in the world we live in to see such kindness, understanding, and hope that there is still love and support. You're the best.

Very clean and welcoming restaurant. The bar tender Autumn is very attentive and sweet. The food menu is somewhat small, but the drink menu is great. Perfect for socializing, group events, ad over all having a great time. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back if im in the area.

After living in Lewiston and frequenting this place a lot, we decided to have our Rehearsal Dinner and wedding after party here. Brandi, the manager was so helpful in getting my rehearsal dinner booked last minute due to some last minute changes and the pricing is super affordable. We had rented the mezzanine for the dinner for about 25 people and it was a great spot! Food was fantastic and the drinks were amazing but the staff who waited on us were even more amazing, patient, and attentive. Our after party was in the main dining area and we had the Farmer's grazing board which was perfect for a light late night snack. The staff was so attentive and kind (despite us being a little rowdy) and really helped us close out the night in a special way with our close friends and family.5 stars, every day.

Atmosphere and staff were great. My seltzer wasn’t the greatest but my Caesar salad was good!

I came here on my first night in Lewiston and was extremely impressed. After a long drive to Maine, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food came out quick and everything was delicious. Adrianna was our waitress and also made the experience even better. The atmosphere is also a plus, with both the exterior and interior being a delight to see. If you're in the area, The Pub at Baxter is a must!

Stopped in with my husband and FIL. Great selection of beers and interesting cocktails. Service was slow. Waitress was pleasant but our food took a long time. It was cold when it arrived. Couldn't eat the fries or sweet potato fries. Cold and soggy. The Brussel Sprouts were good but again cold. Short on staff? We asked if one of the TVs could show the Patriots game. First person told us - NO. While the rest of the TVs were showing wrestling- we asked one more time - nicely. One TV was switched to the Chiefs and Cardinals. Well better than wrestling. Busy but should be expected on a Saturday night. Disappointed.

This should be a must stop when you are visiting the area. The food was spectacular. Loved the Thai Chili wings. I had the Cesar salad with chicken. Sounds boring right... no sir! The chicken was so flavorful. The dressing was the best I have had in a long time and they did not skimp on the cheese. The old mill atmosphere was great.

Headed back to Augusta after church and swung through to get lunch here. We always love seeing a staff that works well together and just collaborated to deliver service. Well done to Adrianna and the young lady that was helping her. While we didn't get beer, we did get into some food. The Banh Mi is one of the most refreshing sandwiches I have ever had and the wings were exceptional. My only complaint was that the coleslaw needed some more seasoning and there was no salt/pepper on the table to let me handle that. The Soft Preztel is one of the best I have ever had and you will not regret it (I did mustard with mine which was a great choice). Good place, glad we stopped.

The staff are pleasant and working hard but there aren’t enough of them. Long wait even though there were empty tables. Beers good. Food OK. With twice as many staff this place could be amazing.

Great place all around! From the beer & appetizers - to the main course - to dessert, everything was fantastic! Great atmosphere. Service was also great. This is a place I'd definitely come back to!

Place was clean and the decor was really neat considering the building. The food wasn’t really anything to write home about and the drinks were just okay. Kind of felt like a chain restaurant rather than a craft brewery.

This place was very neat and clean on the inside. The outside was rustic and fit well in this mill town. There was also a beautiful mural on the adjacent buildings wall as you looked through the restaurant windows towards the outside.Tried a few of their beers because I like to support local, but I’m not an ale person. I am more of a sour gal so the beers were not for me. We arrived early and quickly watched the bar and restaurant fill up for taco Tuesday and everybody was getting beer. I saw very few people ordering cocktails.I myself had a classic margarita you can’t mess that up.The spinach and artichoke dip was amazing. The only thing I could say is I wish it was bigger as I was sharing it with a co-worker. The chicken sandwich was not as good as I had hoped it would be. Now it was a very large piece of chicken. It just wasn’t my taste. The sweet potato fries, on the other hand were amazing! And the blueberry cobbler with what I hope we’re fresh made. Blueberries was also pretty delicious. Definitely could’ve used more of a granola topping, but I would get it again. The service was good, not bad at all either. We just had sat for awhile just chatting at the bar. The bartender didn’t rush us just casual check ins which was nice.Only reason not a 5 was the limited menu which I understand as a small establishment is necessary to keep costs low.
