We ordered out for pickup. Drove a half hour to pick up. Got home and noticed it was the wrong order. I called them up and talked to Dustin was told my order was still sitting there. Drove 30 minutes to return the wrong order and pick up mine. Employee was rude like we inconvenienced him. When we got home and went to finally have dinner. One of the pizzas literally had a hole in and the entire pizza was stuck to the box. In the trash it went. The other was supposed to be extra cheese bacon and pepperoni. I think they dumped the toppings in the middle and that was it. This was at the Lisbon Maine Dominos.

My son ordered delivery and he asked me to make sure the driver was well recognized. He was so very kind. Hunter wrote:“I had an older gentleman deliver my pizza tonight, he was very kind, asked how my day was and then proceeded to thank me for my business which is nice because it’s not something you hear often”

It makes me mad that I'm only 2 miles away and they won't deliver. But I've seen them delivering down by dingley press.... I can't have a license for medical reasons...

I’ve been ordering here for years. Kotye has been making the best pizzas and food I’ve ever had at any dominoes location. I hope she gets a nice big raise for the great work
Kotye is absolutely amazing!! She always puts so much love and effort into our food and it comes out perfect everytime! Ordered tonight and it’s just as amazing as always! Not to mention she’s so sweet and always makes our experience much more incredible!! Her and Lee are the best team there I’ve noticed! Thank you Kotye for always making our experience an amazing one!!

Terrible service every time I order here my order is messed up or I get a “free one for next time” then call up next time for my free food and they don’t recall saying that I’ve been promised free food 3 times now and every single time I call and I’m told that nobody ever put that in the system. Never coming here again as the service is revolting and the food is either undercooked or cold by the time you get it

Not sure who koyte is but they can’t make food to save a life, hands down worst pizza I’ve ever attempted to eat. I’m at a point where I’m either not coming back ever and will go to Pizza Hut or maybe try calling a head of time and begging not to let this person touch my food. 3rd time they’ve been the one making it and it’s inedible

We ordered extra meat on both pizzas and received less toppings than you typically would without paying for extra. Like, I kid you not, there were like 6 pieces of chicken on a chicken bacon ranch pizza. Same with the pepperoni. Pizza arrived cold. Just unacceptable.Update: In their response to me here, they asked me to email them with the details, time etc. of my order so they could make it right and I did. They did not respond at all.

1 hour and 37 minutes after order, 2 crushed boxes with cold pizza show up.Truly, can understand short staffed and what not...but this is just a " we don't give a ****" attitude.
These guys get it done no matter how staff numbers ebb and flow. Great service.
