“Food was fresh ans delicious. Service was great and the professional stayed with my order from beginning to end. Atmosphere was informal and friendly which included suggestions to complete my meal. Price is definitely right for a lunch outing.“
“The hamburger was really good but the fries are soggy french fry should not lean over when you hold it up they must have had a new person there or something I don't know but yeah they failed on the french fries but passed very good on the “
“EDIT: The owner of this location took the time to contact me and follow up. She was wonderful and listened about our most recent experience. They offered a free sandwich for the one that was done incorrectly and to provide the forgotten chips we'd paid for. Customer service and a positive attitude goes a long way today, and I really appreciated that. We will definitely plan to go back. Also of note, she recommended requesting extra filling if we wanted a more robust sandwich.Prior post: The sandwiches don't have as much filling as they used too. They forgot my cheese completely when I requested a substitution. I also asked if my chips were in the bag with our order and they said yes, but they were not. I realized after you can pick the flavor but they still told me the wrong thing. I used to love them and sadly it's gone downhill quite a bit.“
“I just wanted to give a shout-out to the sweet young lady working the front counter, I think she said her name was Liz...or maybe Lisa? I'm pretty sure she said Liz, but I didn't see a name tag. ? I was having an awful time visiting out of state relatives when I came in, and this angel of a stranger must have caught on. She took the time to tell me a joke and help me with directions to get back to my Aunt's house (my phone battery had just died) and suggested a bacon Swiss & curly fries.?The food was so delicious and freshly made ? Way better here than in the Midwest ? The service was way better too ?? I showed up in near tears and left with a full belly & full of smiles ???Thanks again, kind lady Liz? & Topsham Arby's y'all really pulled throuh!!! ???“
“New menu is confusing, the idea is you just select a pre-made sandwich with no customization. They ask all the same questions as the old menu which eliminates any time savings they were trying to achieve, and with how they multiplex customers, the end result is as slow or worse than the old menu. Still like the food, it's just always slow.“

“Man, that meat was old, or had been sitting for a while in the warmer cause it was DRY, CRISPY in spots, just salty. However, the fries were hot and fresh, the hush puppy fish was good ( kids liked it ), and my husband loved his milkshake ?.“
“I haven't been to this McDonald's before until 3/12/34 we stopped there after dropping pet off to get fixed nearby. I really loved this McDonald's. 1st because of how clean it was 2nd because it's smaller and just cute and 3 the receipt actually printed at kiosk and the workers were all very kind and pleasant and working hard actually. A man was scrubbing the machines and cleaning and they seemed like a great working team..it wasn't busy inside but drive thru was. Enjoyed my experience here..we ended up going a 2nd time during evening and it was different workers and alot messier but that's expected. It was the lobby etc which is from customers and I know the workers will clean it when the rush slows down. The workers again very nice and pleasant environment. Food was good no orders were messed up and it was fresh! Others are NOT like this McDonald's! So I give 5 stars because they deserve it! Good job at this location! Thank you and God bless y'all!
