I ordered a sandwich (online order) for my lunch break. Specifically asked for light oil because I’m never sure how long it’ll be until I get to eat. Picked it up drove 7 minutes and by the time I got back to work the bag and wrapper were so oil soaked I can even eat it as a sandwich.

Went at 345 this afternoon to go get food. The door was locked but you had 2 people inside eating. I don’t recommend this subway and won’t be back.

We had a very limited time schedule and decided to do online order for quick service. This was at approximately 4:30PM. The response was that we could pick up our sandwiches in twenty minutes. Since our schedule was tight, we tried to cancel the order but could not do so on line. We tried calling but no one would pick up on our call. On our way back home that night ( around 8:30pm) we stopped at Subways to see what they had done with our 4:30p.m. order. They had it on a rack in the store with our name on it. I asked if these sandwiches would still be good and was told by the employee that they should be fine.I would not recommend that anyone place an online order at this place unless, you are sure you have the time it takes for them to complete your order and, that you can pick it up on a timely bases.

Small but OKAY in a pinch

Went today. It was ok. Wasn’t toasted like my note asked for them both to be. So I asked if it wasn’t a hassle if they could do it. It was for kids and I don’t want that headache and I wrote it they should have read it. Anyway. She re did the whole thing. The 6inch and wrap. Well she toasted the tuna but it had the longest hair inside the tuna. And the lady who re mad it had very very short hair. The wrap was re made and still didn’t have the chicken or bacon and cheese warmed up. But I started to eat it anyway. Dead fruit fly. Lisbon subway has gone down hill and this did me in. I won’t be eating there anymore

Food was fresh ans delicious. Service was great and the professional stayed with my order from beginning to end. Atmosphere was informal and friendly which included suggestions to complete my meal. Price is definitely right for a lunch outing.

First and last time going to this location. The sandwiches I received were disgusting. Both had stale bread, one was so drenched inmayonnaise that it soaked through the wrappers.

(1/09/2023) The lady behind the counter was what you’d expect with customer service, but the guy had a major attitude. The most miserable person Ive ever interacted with while ordering food. Not sure if he’s got personal things going on, or maybe just high as a kite, but dude needs to learn how leave his personal issues away from business. My sandwich made by the lady is okay, but pretty sure he dumped a bunch of salt on my boyfriends sandwich just to spite him. Was looking forward to a quick, good sandwich, if it was just the lady working it would’ve been a fine experience.

Got a spicy footlong on flat bread asked to have it toasted the employee put it in the oven when I got home it wasnt toasted at all and they didnt even cut it in half overall it was the worst subway experience I have had it was the first time going to this

i have been going to subway for many years but this time i was very disappointed that they would not accept my coupon which i had received in mail as a promotion that had about 10 coupons. The store said it was cutting into their profit margin and was not honoring them. I now know why SUBWAY is a corporation in trouble.
