I've been in line for over 10 minutes this morning and still haven't made the speaker. The car at the window hasn't moved. Worst Dunkin ever.*update, total time was 28 minutes spent in their drivethru. Was greeted by someone obviously on drugs. I ordered 4 espresso shots. Took 5 minutes at the window to get handed an iced coffee. At that point I was ready to rage on women for the first time in my life so.I just asked for a refund. I went through drive through this morning as i do every morning, firstly i had to repeat my order numerous of times at the speaker (doesnt ever seem to be working properly) secondly i got to the window waited 10 or more minites for anyone to even take my payment while there was a worker standing there looking at me, lastly a worker came to take my payment and give me my order and all i smelt was liqour like she had been drinking. Very unprofessional and unsafe!

Well normally they just mess up my order. This time I sat at the speaker for 10 minutes before realizing that no one had showed up to work this morning even though they were supposed to have been open for over an hour at that point.
