Excellent service. The app was not working properly and the girl that helped me out was patient to try to figure it out. It didn’t end up working and she knew what the coupon was for so she ended up just giving me my coffee because it was supposed to be free anyways with my purchase. They are very patient and friendly there. They also made my iced coffee perfect there noones ever makes it that well. Well job girls!
Dunkin just isn't what it used to be years ago. If you're lucky to get a choice of donuts, they're okay, but not great. Their sandwiches and hashbrowns taste like the metal they're cooked on. Service is always sub par with varied levels of employee frustration. The coffee always tastes burnt. And they are always out of lots of items anytime of day!

Drove to this store, waited in line, was told ti hold on. Waited almost 5 minutes, ordered, and was promptly told the machine used for my choice was shut down for closing. It was 3-1/2 hours before closing. Very disappointed.
