I have a Dunkin donuts 2 mi from me and one 3 mi from me. I drive 10 mi specifically for this one. I love it there. But unfortunately what I don't love is that I've been manager at dunkin' donuts. I've been shift leader. I've been assistant manager. And yet you won't hire me as just a crew member. I don't get it. Guests we'll never know

I ordered a caramel frozen coffee for mobile walk in. I get there, it's a mocha. I say to an employee, "oh, sorry, I ordered caramel, not mocha" and she goes "That's how the machine makes it." I go, "no, no, I ordered caramel. It's supposed to be a caramel frozen coffee" and she goes "there's caramel in it." And I'm so stunned I just go "oh". She offers to remake it, I say yes please, and what I get back is STILL a mocha frozen, just without the drizzle or the whipped cream (that I paid extra for). I don't like to fight, so I just took it and left, but maybe the employees need a little bit more training on the drinks they're supposed to know how to make.Edit: I've ordered the frozen caramel coffee at several other Dunkins. I have it favorited on my app. I know the machine makes more than just mocha.

On Dunkin website and Google it says play closes at 8pm. I know it was 7:50 but all I wanted was a coffee it’s not like that take 10mins to make and they had already locked the doors. This place does not respect their hours just because it’s a little small town Dunkin.

First they forgot my sandwich and then they gave it to me burnt. I had to throw away half of the sandwich. Then they gave me my large pumpkin frozen coffee with no pumpkin in it.

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes with no help, emoyee on break sat and watched the whole thing a d didn't even let other staff know. Then waited another 5 minutes for a small Iced coffee. Donuts were soggy. Coffee wasn't made correctly. This place sucks. Only good thing is they have a bathroom. Don't go here!

Rude staff.....horrible cold brew. They give you cold brew that looks lighter than over tea and still charge for it. Mobile orders take forever. Over priced and attitude to go with it b I will never return after today

Drinks are never made correctly. The girls have to much fun hanging with each other instead of actually working. The girl with the dyed red hair is awful. She'd rather hang out the drive through window talking to people instead of making sure the orders are correct before handing them to the customer.

25 min in line in house while the employees only took care of drivethrough and the attitude given when I had shown my discontent for the wait was unexceptable and disgusting shame on your employees and shame on you for saying drivethrough orders should be 30 sec
