I ordered and paid for a 6" Turkey Cali Club with extra Avocado. I picked up my sub. When I got back to work, there was no Avocado and no mozzarella. They did not add anything to make up for the missing ingredients, nor did I get refunded any money. I did not receive a phone call or text explaining the missing ingredients. Disappointing.

Be great if the lady making the subs was not high on Somthing other then weed, I had 3 people in front of me and was there for over 30 minutes and I finally get up to the counter and her head was bobbing, she kept forgetting what the woman in front of me wanted and was totally finger banging the subs, I said all set with that and left, fire this drug addict employee 10/17/23 7pm whoever is working that shift

This particular subway restaurant has managed to forget entire significant ingredients in every sub I've purchased. BLT without the lettuce was the most puzzling and upsetting instance to date though... Considering my daughter hates tomatoes..... Yup, Nothing like a $14 bread and bacon sub. Thanks Subway.Ordering in the app is supposed to be foolproof. It's in list form. Rant over.

Generally, Subway is the same wherever you go.I've been here before and they do a good job.This time they had run out of pickles particularly and probably a few other veggies.Blame it on supply chain issues.Kind of disappointing.

This was the best experience I've had at a Subway in a long time. The staff was patient and understanding with my two littles. The woman making our sandwiches overheard me talking about eating some and taking some home and offered to pre-wrap half the order so it was ready to go when we were.Later when my 8y.old dropped half her sub on the floor while being silly, another employee replaced her meatballs for free even though I offered to pay.Everything was fresh and yummy!Vegetarian options: I always get a veggie sub, the staff here was super nice & great about cleanliness. Used new clean knife and gloves for my sub.Kid-friendliness: Lots of options and the staff was super patient with my 2 8y.olds

An Irish court ruled that the stuff subway uses for their rolls is not bread and should be classed as confectionery due to the quantity of sugar in it. Need I say more.
