Live directly next to it, place is always empty. Over exaggerated. The one time I try to order, they’re closed. Not sure how they even stay in business. The Shack has a decent steak and cheese so that’s probably what keeps the doors open.

Service takes time but the food is worth it. Great selection. Prices aren't too bad. Best fries in OOB.

Burger was outstanding, but service was ridiculously slow. 30+ minutes for a bacon cheeseburger, and there were only 2 other people in the place.
