Severely disappointed in this place. Came here while on vacation in oob, came here to try the Oreos. The person who rung us up was incredibly rude. Just looking into the building, it looks very dirty. The Oreos were disappointing. Will never return here and suggest for others to avoid.

They are famous with deep fried oreo, $2/piece.We tried the lobster rolls here thinking that the lobster will be fresh coz it's near the beach but it is not. And it doesn't taste good neither. However, the price is reasonable compared to some stand near by.

Was super excited to try some fried foods but was disappointed with the cookie dough. Simply put, you can tell they are all frozen and then fried and it did not fry long enough to fully cook. Cold cookie dough and still batter oozing around instead of cakey.

Ordered a lobster roll and the lobster was cold, pretty sure it was imitation lobster. The bread was just a hot dog bun. Restaurant only accepts cash, worst $22 I’ve ever spent. Save your money and go anywhere but here

Walking by I felt like I was at the Minnesota State Fair and had to stop and grab a fried dessert of some type. The menu includes fried Oreos, fried candy bars, fried bread, fried cookie dough, fried ding dongs, fried Twinkies along with fried pickles or jalapeños, hot dogs, corn dogs, chicken nuggets, fries…. All sorts of fried foods! I went for the Twinkie ($4 - the price for most everything on the sweet fried list). After placing my order and paying, I was told my name would be called out when it was ready. I didn’t expect a long wait since I was the only order at the time and I couldn’t imagine it takes too long to deep fat fry a Twinkie. After I ordered there was a rush of orders - he took 7 different orders in the next 5 minutes. There was one person in the back working the meat grills and organizing those orders while the young man who took my order worked the front taking orders and running the front fryer baskets. As he continued taking orders I was worried he may have forgotten about my Twinkie in the fryer basket because it was taking much longer than I had expected. After about 20 minutes my Twinkie was taken out of the fryer, covered with powdered sugar and handed over to me. Despite the crazy wait, the fried deliciousness was exactly what I was hoping for! I can’t imagine how long the others had to wait with the larger orders they had placed, but hope that their food was at least as delicious as mine was.

To the gal working at Dewey's Monday night, Aug 9th, that said that the fried dough was good there. At $4.75 each, I said, "Ok, give me two and if they ARE good, I'll be back in two weeks, when I'm on vacation and you'll have a loyal customer."Well that is not going to happen. The dough was stretched out so far, to make it bigger, that the center (4-5" diameter) was so brittle, it broke apart when I touched it. All we got on both the fried doughs, was a ring of about 2-3 inches, around the edges.Do you customers a favor and make them smaller and thicker, throughout.

Do not waste your money here! The food was terrible. The two teens running it, did not know what they were doing.

Service here is awful. Rude workers nobody in line took 10 minutes to get a fried dough. We watched the fried dough sit there getting cold for about 5. Then was way over cooked. So yourself the favor go next door. Way faster and way better.

Seems like the deep fried oreos is their specialty.Lob rolls are just OK. Old lettuce and buns.Slow service.

The guy at the counter tried to rip me off. I gave the guy a 20 dollar bill for like six dollars worth of food. The guy at the counter was playing games giving me change back like it was some kind of carnival game.He ended up only giving me 4 dollars back I went back to him after I got my food he said I gave him a 10 which was bs. Fried Oreos weren’t even that good. Not going back
