I really wanted to have a better experience but unfortunately it fell flat. The service was quick (which is a nice plus) but it was rather blah. Not snippy, mean or rude but nothing more than telling me how much it was and taking my card. They don't automatically ask for a receipt so you need to ask if you want one. I bought 4 cinnamon rolls for my family and I was so excited to try them as I heard the reviews. Unfortunately, I just don't get it. It was honestly very bland. Lack of cinnamon in the roll itself and the frost was neither sweet (maybe a tad) or had a cream cheese frosting. I wasn't sure if they were gone for the European taste, which is typically less sugar and their pastries but even with that thought process, it still wasn't great. Maybe it was just an off day, but I feel like I could find a much better cinnamon roll elsewhere.

Awesome spot for lobster rolls. Little expensive but they are everywhere. Not sure I'd get the quinoa bowl again but also not sure the person making mine really understand what a quinoa bowl is haha so we'll give that a pass. Spoon fulls of quinoa on lettuce isn't it. Otherwise was very good. Would absolutely go back.

Everything here is great! Best Lobster rolls. Baked goods are amazing. World famous for homemade cinnamon rolls made fresh daily but don’t miss the chocolate chip pumpkin muffins or the donuts, There are always side salads to choose from and lots of specialty items. Definitely the go to at Ocean Park and worth the drive from Anywhere. Friendly and professional staff and owner. Love this place!

ocean park deli is phenomenal! it a neighborhood spot with an awesome flair for catering to locals as well as the wonderful visitors we get in the summer. The owners are phenomenal! They are so dedicated to their customers and to the communit. i love the coffee best in town. I love the smiles and the wonderful energy that I feel in there. Did I mention if you forgot to pack pretty much anything you need they got it at the deli. Did I say that their food on the menu is fantastic. stop by today.

I really like this place. Great variety of different things you need and want. Breakfast sandwiches are terrific, Whoopie pies and other delicious sweets. Unfortunately, they are only open during the tourist season......Until next summer.

I have been going here for decades and have no complaints. Their morning cinnamon rolls are delicious and legendary. Their lunchtime sandwiches are perfect for the beach. Their coffee is decent and they have a nice selection of summer necessities.
