For Maine, this is a definate 5 stars. The pizza was very good with good topping portions. It is more like a New York Pizza than any other pizza I have had in Maine. I was raised in the land of good pizza. Long Island New York.

I'm so sorry to see Rocco's good name being dishonored. I left Rocco's with a pit in my stomach after an abrasive customer service experience. I'm sure Rocco didn't want his employees treating people like that.We were big fans of Rocco's pizza in the past. We tried it several times this season, and it wasn't great. With the season winding down, we decided to give them another try.Yesterday we ordered a pizza. As we were driving home, my husband commented that it smelled burnt. I checked the bottom, and sure enough it was burnt. I brought it back to Rocco's. They asked what was up. I explained about the pizza being burnt.Their response was to abrasively blame me due to the number of toppings ordered. I explained I had ordered this same pizza in the past without problems. Curtly, I was told, "Fine we'll make you an undercooked pizza."I thought he was speaking sarcastically when he said he'd make an undercooked pizza, but that is precisely what he did. At that point, I didn't have it in me to ask for the pizza to be finished cooked or my money back.A burnt pizza does not warrant a negative review in my book. I'm writing this review on the customer service. No one deserves to be spoken to the way I was spoken to. If I wasn't caught so off guard. I would have said so. A little "sorry" would have gone a long way. All along no sorry. No have a good day. Just $38 for an undercooked pizza.(Edit: Thank you to Rocco's for looking into the matter. Hopefully, the next customer will be treated with kindness.)

This is No NY pizza we don't put breakfast sausage on our pizzas we put Italian sausage we don't put puree on our pizza we use pizza sauce and our crusts are alot thicker than a crepe and we put a lot more mozzarella on it than a sprinkle here and there. This is such a rotten representation of what a pizza is . Sorry to anyone that don't know better !Parking: Loading zone only no parking anywhere near this place!

There's about 10 pizza places in the pier area in this beach town.Being from NJ, I usually don't get pizza anywhere else but I wanted a slice. I asked one of the locals and she told me "definately Rocco's." Well done Rocco's, it was a good, tasty slice with pepperoni that filled the stomach void.

I am a local and have been a loyal customer of Rocco’s since he started. I purchased pizza 4 times and it was burnt, not enough cheese.Last time I ordered 7-22-23 I ordered pizza with extra cheese and when we got home. I was a regular pizza with even less cheese. I called to ask for Rocco and was told that he sold the business. I am sure Rocco would be very disappointed,he was a nice guy and a great friend. I won’t be back!!!

Decent price for the size pizza you get, but nothing special. I have had better.

Food came out quick! Only a couple bench seating options on the crowded street, but that’s to be expected of the location. No indoor seating. We had 3 slices of pizza which were generously sized, one order of chicken fingers, one soda, two lemonades and a Powerade and paid almost $60. Definitely more than I expected for pizza and drinks, but normal pricing for the area and season.

Place evidently was sold..pizza used to be the best ny style thin pizza and a huge piece. Now it's gone up in price and the pizza I swear is frozen pre-made dough. Was my favorite...what an absolute disappointment. After years of summer tradition I'll never go back!
