Went for brunch and bloody marys like the website showed photos of only to find they stay service with lunch. Was upset. The waitress apologized because she understood the frustration as well. We got the last 2 bloody marys and had one of the best clam chowders we ever had!

The Shack ruined lobster rolls for me, as no other lobster rolls before and after have compared! Their Shack Roll was amazing! Everything we ordered was delicious, and the service was excellent. I just wish they had their own parking! We will be back!!!

Awesome seafood!!! Had fried clams, the fish and chips, lobster rolls, and more, everything was DELICIOUS AND WONDERFUL!!! Even the fries and coleslaw was excellent!!! Just left this week and already want to go back to our TRUE HOME, where the food and BEAUTIFUL trees and foliage and water and people make me home sick again!! The BBQ AND STEAKS in Kansas are good but everything else in New England from the seafood to the pizza and Italian and Asian food is SO MUCH BETTER!!!! Thanks for a wonderful time!!!

I got the Hot Buttered Lobster Roll with fries. The portion of the roll felt like a good portion. But I feel like it was missing something. Made more butter or some flavoring.Good luck finding parking. Cause there is nothing for this place. At least not close. Not even handicap parking. And I’m not handicap.The table that I was given was very unpleasant. It was sticky, grimy and definitely had leftover food and dirt or grim in between the tables of the cracks. It was very disgusting. Definitely made me not want to eat there again or made me want to eat and leave right away.Service good. No complaints there. Fast and friendly.Parking: No parking near the place. Will need to walk or park down the road. Can’t park next to the shack. Otherwise you will get towed by the owners of the hotel.Wheelchair accessibility: No handicap parking or close parking. Good luck.

Not much open this time of year. Was walking by and decided to give it a try. Our expectations weren't too high, for no particular reason other than it might be an overpriced tourist trap. We were pleasantly surprised. Chowder was excellent as was the haddock tacos and haddock sandwich. Reasonably priced, great service and very nice waitress. Would definitely return when in the area again.

It's busy place and your table is likely to be sticky. I've eaten here at least once each season for the last couple years. The outdoor seating is dog friendly and 2/3 times waitstaff brought my dog a water bowl without even having to ask. The place feels gross... the tables, the seats, the bathrooms, everything always feels sticky. But the food (I've had the fish & chips a couple times and a lobster roll) is a solid 8.5/10 for OOB. And the staff have always been friendly. I totally plan to come back next year but I wish they'd do a better job of getting the grease off the tables between customers.

Had a nice end of season lunch at the shack. The tempura lobster roll was unique and awesome. We had good service and a nice view of the angry ocean now that the latest tropical storm has passed.

My friend and I got into town in the evening. Apparently everyone stops serving food at 8 pm. This was the last place we checked and the gentleman there said he would be willing to make us something even though they were closing down with food. Wish I could remember his name...such a great guy! I had fish and my friend fish tacos. The food came fast and was wonderful!! We were treated wonderfully and appreciated the service!!

Our first stop for dinner on our trip and we were not disappointed. Clam chowder, lobster roll and fried scallops on our first visit. We had to return a couple of days later for the lobster meal and another lobster roll. YUM!

We had a 40 minute wait to seat 6 of us and it was well worth it. The hostess was so kind and so was our server. Four of us ordered the crispy lobster roll and it was wonderful.One of us ordered a combo with paddock and clams. Clams were a bit overcooked but the haddock was wonderful.

We ate there twice when we were in Old Orchard. Once on the top deck overlooking the carnival and you can see the ocean. Once at the bar which overlooks the sidewalk for good people watching.Vegetarian options: Falafel burger was ok

We had lunch on the top deck. Nice breeze up there. The building is located right next to the rollercoaster so be prepared to hear people having fun screaming with fear as they descend. The food was great. I had the lobster roll warm with butter. My wife had the haddock tacos. Very good and very filling. Waitress was on point and was quick on the service. Definitely recommend.
