“Where to begin, we started the evening by going out for pizza at Yanni's in Paris only to find they were closed, we continued to the Village Pizza in Mechanic Falls and they to were closed. Searching pizza place on the web we found Honey Badger Bar & Grill and decided to give it a try we were pleasantly surprised with the amount of customers in the eatery. Jodi or waitress was very pleasant and extremely busy waiting on tables but always made sure all customers and tables needs were met, John the manager was exceptional as well, very pleasant and extremely busy manning the bar while also assisting the wait staff with bringing food to tables. We ordered a pizza and let me say it was cooked to perfection, definitely a 10/10. I would highly recommended this little gem!“

“The beer was good and the scene was awesome, nice locals vibe going on. The food was better than expected, everything we ordered was super good. The only thing odd is the set up. We walked in through the door in the parking lot and walked into the bar area. We didn't know if there was more to the inside, or what the scene was outside. The bartender goes "do you want to sit inside or outside" I was a little confused at to where to sit so I replied, "not sure, we just got here" She just looks at me and goes "I know." Like, seriously?“

“Several times a week I drive past 3 other pizza places to get takeout from Yianni's HOP - partly because Yianni's food is delicious, but mostly because of their really solid customer service - these folks could give a master class in restaurant operations. When you call, you talk to an absolute professional order taker - easy to understand, no background noise, always asks the important questions, repeats your order back to you, gives you a time it will be ready, does it the same way every time. When you go to pick up, you usually get no waiting, the young lady who normally works the register weekdays around lunch is always friendly and fast, food is always ready when the order taker said it will be. Best part and the highest indicator of the operational excellence - the food comes out the same every time we order. As a somewhat boring person, I have an almost identical order every time - and I am thrilled that whenever I open that pizza box, its the exact same pie- great, crispy Greek-style crust, same generous amount of tasty and evenly-distributed toppings, perfectly "well-done" as requested. The Greek salad is also a precision product - always fresh iceberg lettuce, perfect amount of other veggies, feta and olives. Keep up the great work!“
