Went here with two couples for dinner. Waited about 35 minutes for outdoor seating around a picnic table, we could have been seated inside but we wanted chairs with backs. The drinks were great, the food delicious especially the dips and bread. The potatoes were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the best! I took off a point for the falafel, it was not a winner, but everything else was very tasty and the meat eaters especially loved the kabobs.

Always awesome. Falafel is best in the city, hands down! Great customer service for pickup as well! Highly recommend.

Baharat is a wonderful restaurant, with incredible dishes like the deviled eggs za'atar and the charred cauliflower. There are solid options for vegetarians like myself, and the cocktails are always creative and delicious.

Some of the best food i've ever had

First let me start off my saying that I'm sorry to Portland locals to let the cat out of the bag about this true gem of a restaurant. My mouth is still watering thinking of our meal at Baharat. Waited about 45 minutes at prime time on a Friday night, but totally worth the wait. I get a little anxious going out to eat because of some major food allergies (dairy, gluten, soy, eggs), but our waitress didn't seem fazed and went through the entire menu with me, highlighting what was safe to eat and what could be altered in order to accommodate my allergies. We ordered the large hummus. They brought out cucumbers (which were super fresh and crunchy) for me and the bread for my fiancé (which he said was super delicious). I then had the falafel and he had the chicken plate. The food was amazingly fresh and the flavors were out of this world! Highly recommend this place for those with food allergies and the lucky people that can eat whatever they want. So yummy!

Absolutely incredible! Everything we had was fantastic! Our favorites were the hanger steak kebab, feta labneh & crispy squid. The drinks are all very good too. We had the shot of the day and a mocktail. Our server was so knowledgable and friendly. Can't wait to come back!

Everything was very tasty and thoughtfully flavored. The salads that came with the meals were super fresh - like they grow their own tomatoes and cucumbers. The coriander in the dukka on the halloumi wasn't my favorite but that's probably more personal taste than anything they did wrong. The atmosphere was also very nice and they have plenty of covid-friendly seating- even the indoor seating is open air to the outside. Will definitely go back!

Great, creative cocktails and some of the best falafel I've ever had! Baharat is definitely one of our favorite spots. Get there early as they fill up quickly. Tip, put your name in and then plan to grab a drink at one of the many breweries or distilleries in the area while you wait.

Got the chicken plate for takeout. Super tasty! But definitely a very small amount of food for the $20 price

Great food if you like middle eastern cuisine. Seating is limited but worth it if you stick around.

Best meal we’ve had in a long time! We ordered the pickled plate, hummus, apricots and halloumi, and the lamb plate. There is no way I can pick my favorite dish because they were all incredible. If you repeat this order, you will be happy. We also had cocktails created by the amazing bartender, Josh. He was so kind, created the most delicious drinks, and really added to our experience. Bravo, Baharat! We literally cannot wait to come back!!!!

I've tried a few time to visit and had poor timing. My goodness, it's amazing!
