My boyfriend and I took a trip to Portland for the first time and came across Bill's Pizza right before we were heading back home. I'm so glad we did! The crust on the pizza was excellent and they deffinetly put a hefty amount of toppings on top! Not to mention the staff and owner were very sociable and friendly! They welcomed us to the area I would highly recommend this pizza joint to anyone visiting the Portland area!

Great great late nite pizza shop in the Old Port. Going to be sad to see it consolidate to just OOB, but these are the time. I suspect they will be back someday , in the meantime be sure to check them out at OOB. thank you for great food and fun for 72 years!

Old-school pizza joint - almost 70 years and going strong. The slice of plain cheese that I got had a nice flavor and an okay crust. I've had better, but I've had worse. I thought the cost was high for a slice of plain cheese, but it's right in the midst of all the Commercial Street action, and convenience has a price. Friendly service.

Had the Buffalo chicken pizza and it was great! Service was great too and the girl at the bar was very hospitable. However my bud light draft tasted like it had some sort of spoiled milk in it. The bartender poured me a Shipyard Pumpkinhead draft per my request at no additional cost...however what I tasted was some sort of IPA, definitely not Pumpkinhead. Again great service, clean atmosphere, great food...but I don’t know what is up with their taps - very concerning.

We chose this place because we could order just a slice of pizza.I was surprised to find that you can get what ever toppings you want on your slice! However, there was nothing extraordinary about this pizza. Pretty good for when you're just craving a slice of pizza!

We had Lunch at his place and the Pizza was very good. We ordered 2 large pizza one cheese and one with mushrooms on them .They were very good. The left over pizzas were taken back to Augusta by a family member we also bought 4 brownies to take home with us ,Everything was very good

How does this place have 3 stars?! Have these reviewers tried the cheeseburger pizza (formerly Big Mac pizza)?!?! That pie is HEAVEN. I crave it on the regular. I would drive 3 hours for that pizza. A large is huge! But trust me, you're gonna wanna eat the whole thing yourself (whether you're physically able or not is another question) Pickles, "Big Mac" sauce, tomato, ground beef, cheese (oh so much delicious cheese), wonderful crust (that's on the thinner side)- just all around a perfect pie. Do yourself a favor and try it!! It's JUST as good sober or late night after going out.

Great pizza with friendly owner. We had a jumbo pizza and 2 drinks for $23. Perfect lunch. Owner said that the recipe for the dough and sauce is made fresh daily, and it’s his grandmas recipe... loved to hear the back story! Would visit again when in the area.

Friendly service, meh pizza. The crust was alright, it reminded me of Pizza Hut. Overall, it tasted like it was sitting out too long though. Like the cheese had a weird bite to it. I'm sure the fresh pizza is much better. My boyfriend liked it a little more than I did.
