I have been on a search for a gluten-free lobster roll and they absolutely exceeded expectation. Not only was it delicious, they do not charge extra for a gluten free roll!! They went above and beyond to make sure even the butter was not cross-contaminated. Kind wonderful people, delicious food. Thank you ?

After spending three days in Maine and eating as much lobster as possible, who would have thought the best lobster would come from a food truck in a brewery parking lot. This food truck is in a perfect location, right next to the out door seating area at Allagash Brewing Company. My girlfriend was on line to get a pretzel and heard someone say this place has the best lobster rolls. Even though I was skeptical, I decided I needed to try one! They offer a lobster roll "flight" which is basically 3 mini lobster rolls. I got one of each preparation: Connecticut, Maine, and "picnic" which I had never heard of before, but maybe that's because I'm not a New Englander. They were absolutely fantastic. I'm not a lobster roll expert by any means, but they were the best I've ever had, no contest. The picnic roll ended up being my favorite! It had the most delicious coleslaw inside of the roll. The line was LONG on a Saturday afternoon but the woman taking orders was very quick and super friendly.

Ordered a Connecticut style lobster roll and the lobster meat was ice cold, which just made the butter congeal. Would have been fine if I knew the lobster was always going to be served cold, I would have adjusted my order because a CT lobster roll is not what they provided. However, the service was great and the portion of lobster was perfect. Please look at the solid butter in the photo.

Our second visit to a second location in a week was as spectacular as our first visit at Fort Williams. This seemed to have a slightly smaller menu (neither their curry lobster roll nor the sriracha aioli was offered here), but the classics were amazing! This location next to the brewery made it fun with outdoor seating and games.Gluten free rolls are great here! Loved trying the clam dip too!

Got a flight with a gluten free bun. They were accommodating with a bun on the side and put each flight on a lettuce wrap. The bun was really fresh and good, but the lettuce wrap was even better! You can taste the lobster even better. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.

We were in search of a gluten free lobster roll. This is the best place. It is a food truck located outside allagash brewing company. Come one come all. The bun was amazing. The lobster was perfect. Highly recommend. It came on a hamburger bun because they ran out of gluten free rolls. Who cares. It was amazing.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free available

This place is AMAZING! My wife and I both got picnic lobster roles and also tried their potato salad and chips. Everything was fantastic. You can’t beat the setting either. Eating lobster rolls with a view of a lighthouse is about as good as it gets.

We loved Bite Into Maine! The menu was clear, the ordering process was simple, and the food was delicious! We tried both Maine style and CT style, both were awesome. I was so grateful that they offer gluten free rolls! They asked whether I was sensitive or allergic, they can accommodate both. They have some great-looking merch available, too. If you’re stopping by Allagash for a beer, I definitely recommend a lobster roll to go with it!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free
