Everyone that orders online through Venmo check your Dominos electronic receipt. Also, check Venmo. I gave more than a 20% tip, paid a delivery charge, tax, and food. The next day, Dominos went back into my Venmo account and added on $3.00.I called the store manager and when I told him what had happened his first question was “did you tip?” Of course I tipped. I still don’t know why they charged me an extra $3.00. They never can get the order right! You want extra sauce? Sure here is your extra cheese! You want some extra pepperoni on your pizza? Sure here is your light pepperoni pizza! Oh you are allergic to onions and asked not to put them on your tots? Ahhh here are your EXTRA ONIONS! I worked as a server for 8 years but I still don’t understand how you can screw up every single order. It seems to be done on purpose at this point

Long story short, I placed a lunch order for work at noon and the order was actioned by the store manager Jordan at 12:05. It was not updated from Prep for almost two hours until the tracker basically magically reset at 1:45ish. I called the store and was on hold for almost 10 minutes. Jordan picked up and gave me the options of waiting another hour or cancelling. There is no way they're that busy right now, and even if they were, it states that if there are delays the store would contact me. Estimated delivery time was 20-40 minutes. It would have been 3 hours. I think Jordan needs a replacement.

As others have said don’t waste your time. Ordered a pie and side at 6:09 for delivery, two hours later nothing. Drove over and they told me it’d be 5 minutes. Tried calling multiple times during that two hour period and no one picked up.

this place is horrible they send you cold food and when you call them they say they'll send you out another order and then they don't send it. Better off spending money some where else

I've ordered takeout from the Dominoes on Forest Ave a couple of times and every time they've been amazing-- great quality food, prices, and service! Everyone is super friendly and the wait time was very short, exactly what they had on the app. When I ordered delivery, it was still hot and everything was perfect. Great Dominoes especially for college students :))

I’m constantly having problems with this store making the order correctly. It’s very simple and basic, these people are only here for a paycheck and don’t care about the customer service given but if they ordered something and didn’t come out the way it was ordered they wouldn’t be happy either, I’ve wasted to much money at this place, I miss papa John’s being out this way. ?
