I'm sorry, you seem like nice people and I respect the grind of the industry, but this is one of the worst eatery experiences I've had in a minute. I ordered for takeout because I mostly order food for takeout these days, and when I got it I could've sworn they dumped like half a cup of water in with my meal. It was soggy and the refried beans literally looked like a pile of excrement. Whatever. I tried to eat it anyways, but pretty much nothing had flavor. It was like a multi-textured plate of flavorless slop- also weirdly enough the cojita was in a block straight out of the box. Also there were wet cucumbers as,,, garnish? I think? The pork was dry, unsalted, therefor tasting like everything else on the plate. I ate maybe 12 bites before I gave up and immediately my stomach displayed aggressive signs of regret. All in all, it was a terrible time. Despite the quality, the prices still aren't cheap, which kinda puts additional sting to the burn. Sorry guys, get a different chef.

I'm almost convinced that these 4 o 5 stars reviews are from friends or family. The food here isn't great. It is oily, greasy and mushy. Their pupusas were so mushy and greasy they fell apart before you could even lift it up. I had a stomach ache after eating their food. Yes it's spanish food but I wouldn't say it's authentic.

Great tasting, authentic food. Couldn't finish my plate there was so much!! I ordered the Nachos as a dinner. Delicious.

Literally the best place for Tacos in all of Portland. Trust me we’ve tried looking for the most authentic tacos whenever we first moved to Portland and found no success until we came across Dos Naciones.

Great food!! Everything was very tasty and hit the spot! Their green salsa was so good, pork tamale to die for, papusas were huge and delicious ! We will be back

Authentic, delicious, and fairly priced. The staff is fantastic and has become a frequent spot of mine. Highly recommend!

Authentic flavours, perfect consistency, and quality ingredients didn't disappoint these 2 foodies!! Dos Naciones certainly holds up to Portland's (and therefore our) increasingly high standards. Great food!

Place is inexpensive. The food tastes good, and I enjoyed the pupusas which were only $2.50 each! The only drawback is the wait time. There was only one other table bedsides mine yet the wait was close to 30 minutes. I suppose they are understaffed in the kitchen given that the waitress would disappear to the back periodically

Ordered over the phone... when I came in the young female acted confused and annoyed that I had ordered. Then had to go back and finish making myChimichanga. Both my burrito and chimichanga fell apart even gently trying to pick it up....and my side of Pinto beans was watery with barely any beans.... seems like they just kind of slapped together what they had left and wanted to go home.... the taste wasn't too bad but would definitely be cautious before recommending this place.Oh and this cost me 30 bucks...lol

Wonderful authentic cuisine from El Salvador and Mexico. Everything we tried was amazing, especially the taquitos with tinga and the Loroco and cheese pupusas. Extremely friendly staff and a great lunch experience for authentic comfort food.I would definitely go back and recommend to others.

The first part: We enjoyed our food. Their salsa is made in house and is tasty, although sometimes undersalted to my taste. The flank steak was good but overcooked. The tortillas are big and puffy and fresh. The bad part: The first time my wife and I went, the lady (Viki, our receipt said?) was calling my wife "señorita" and just not... calling me anything. It was a bit strange, but we liked the food and wanted to go back. After that first time I still wanted to leave a stellar review. Tonight, we went for the second time. She was calling my wife "señorita", not gendering me at all, and then... when she gave *me* my food, she was totally silent. She kept on talking to my wife like normal. At the end, she asked us if we wanted more drinks, and specifically turned to me and said "sir". I corrected her that it was "miss" and she ignored me but got... pretty weird and passive aggressive. So yeah, the food is decent. But as an LGBT person I don't feel safe eating food served by someone who would insist on pointedly misgendering me.
