Food was either overdone or underdone, I made a mistake with my coffee order and when I attempted to fix it the person behind the counter was incredibly disrespectful. We left before we got the rest of our order to find somewhere else because they were so rude. I understand bad days, but there’s no need to take it out on others

Dunkin's are ubiquitous in New England, so it's no surprise to see several in the downtown and Old Portland areas. Located at the ground level of 1 City Center, this particular outlet is the most centrally located of the bunch. You'll find typical Dunkin's fast-food fare here, whether bland coffee, ultra-zapped hot items, processed empty-carb baked goods, or sugary iced drinks. Still, service is efficient and dependable, and if you have the Dunkin's app, it's especially addictive with its discounts and bonus point offers. There is also a nice amount of seating at this location, which was kept nice and clean when I stopped by. Although staffers were kind to street people who came in and out, there is also a limit on the amount of time you can spend sitting here, so it is not a conducive place for café campers or laptop loiterers. Mercifully, at the moment, Dunkin' Corporate hasn't filled this Yelp listing with inane, contrived, staged "action shots" and other stock photos that don't reflect this particular location.

Placed an order at this morning and figured it would take a bit so I waited get there. Only my drink and donut hole were there so I waited. It’s busy, I get it, however the woman behind the counter was being extremely rude toward customers asking question and being HANDED their food (by an employee) so I figured I’d wait and not ask. After 15 minutes of being in the store, the person behind the counter asked what I was waiting for. I replied “I see it’s busy” and then what I was waiting for. Before I can finish she stormed away shouting at me about a receipt, that she didn’t need me to tell her she needed a receipt. Ok a I get that, but angerly shouting at me because I responded to a question and I was never asked to show a receipt originally. Had she asked for one I would have produced it. Then when I was trying to show her on my phone she continued to angerly shout about how she didn’t need me to tell her, she just needed a receipt. I left shaking, humiliated and crying without my food. I will not be returning and will not suggest anyone to go to this Dunkin’. I think a training for your employees on how to speak to customers during a high stress time would be a good idea as well.

So you guys have a woman that works there with short black hair and a bird face. She's extremely rude to every customer. Opens the store late everyday, I'm currently outside and it's 5:43 AM. 13 mins past opening time. Not to mention she's useless.
I am very angry, how is it possible that with half an hour left to close the cashier says that she is not going to do anything else in the kitchen and coffee and that the room is closed because vsn is going to close. It is disrespectful to customers. they are supposed to provide full service until 6 pm. My girl was very sad because she wanted her favorite drink

This one female who looks like a witch, has such an attitude. Bad customer service. She knew I was there and still didn’t helped me, then she lied about speaking to me to wait.
