Had a large get together, and tables were set and ready at our arrival. Started with a nice cocktail. Small menu, chose the burger. It was very dry, even adding mayo and ketchup didn't help as much. Great fries, though. One of our friends never got her meal, despite reminding our waitress twice. They did make it right when the bill came. Definitely a nice spot to grab a quick drink, but I would pass on the food.

Went for the Valentine's Day three course meal and they were out of one of three entree option, which was a huge bummer. The music was blasting and not st all relaxing. It was cold and the lights were too high, and the meal was overpriced for what it was. There was a single server working the bar and all tables. For all that, the bill was $250 for two people and a single glass of wine! Lastly, I said on the reservation that it was my wife's birthday, and they made no effort to acknowledge that. You're better off going to Evo, and we won't be going back to Glass.

brittany and eddie were out of the world as bartenders. their charm and drinks were stellar. i was disappointed in the liquor selection though... three tequila options.

Glass used to be a go to every weekend for cocktails after dinner before a night out. The new management has ruined this place. Glass used to have my favorite espresso martini in Portland and now they have gotten rid of all the ingredients to make their famous espresso martinis. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it, and the new management has already run this place to the ground. Not usually a person to write a review but this place sucks now. It’s giving chain restaurant.

The new management at Glass Lounge have completely reduced this once high energy, local cocktail bar to a run of the mill chain restaurant. The new liquor selection is giving Applebees, in the middle of this foodie town. The music has been swapped for today’s hits and lost all elements of personal style that we all loved! Will no longer be coming back, after years of being a regular weekend guest. So sad to see another outsider come in and ruin a local favorite spot in Portland.

My heart is broken. I used to love this bar, it was one of my favorites and in the last week - 2 Weeks the new managers have completely ruined this bar. Me as well as my whole group of friends would come here for the vibe of movies/ customizable music/ dim chill lighting and especially espresso martinis. They have gotten rid of all of that. Everything that made this bar appealing is gone. The regulars don't even go anymore. What was once a bar that was gaining extreme popularity is now a complete wash. Hopefully they find new management or the managers come to their senses.

Drinks are amazing. Bartenders are awesome and are actually real bartenders that can make ANY drink!

This place is definitely a hidden gem. The cocktails are amazing. I would recommend “up in smoke”. The polenta fries are also a must try!

Not only are the cocktails generous and top shelf, if you choose, but the 'bites' were ample, delicious and satisfying.

This place is such a hidden gem in Portland. You may be quick to pass it since it's connected to the Hyatt hotel, but don't - absolute top notch bar tenders and incredible cocktails. I have not eaten here but the food does look good as well. If you like old fashions and/or manhattans, be sure to check this place out. I come here at least once for a drink every time i am in Portland.
