I’m completely amazed with my first time experience here. They brilliantly execute the idea of coffee and cannabis colliding. The staff is very accommodating to either of those needs. They are huge advocates for premium medicine at affordable pricing and do business with extremely experienced growers to provide the best product possible in the area. In a perfect world, most places would strive to be like them and become a staple of what modern medicine should be. Thank you so much for welcoming us into your communities that are inspiring to say the least.

The best. Where to begin? My favorite combination of treats is excellent coffee and kind bud. Higher Grounds achieves both by offering a first-rate coffee bar with a cannibis apothecary experience. The staff is super-chill and friendly, with an impressive level of knowledge about all of their products. I’ve been smoking weed for almost 45 years and learned a few new things as I was also talked about rock’n’roll, the wonders of Maine, how I like to enjoy cannibis, what I was looking for, and the lore and science of the strains that might interest me. I really fell in love with this place, and will be back with friends.

We were on the way home to New Brunswick, traveling from Boston when our fam decided to stop in our favourite city Portland for dinner and coffee. We went to this coffee shop in the the past, but the service and coffee were disappointing this time around. Thank goodness we had cash, other payments were not accepted. The person who served us had pink hair and wore a shirt that mentioned love, but, oh boy, we did not feel the love from her...that was the only rude encounter we experienced in the USA for the whole week.

The worst service I have ever encountered. The barista is so rude and seems angry for you even existing. Please save your money and go to a place where they want your business. The employees don’t seem to want you there. We went for my daughters birthday to get her a treat, and they ruined our night. Don’t go.
