What a lovely restaurant!! We loved the cocktails and our meal was delightful. I added steak to one of the salads, and it was perfection. Excited to see wherever they move to, as we can’t wait to go again!!!

Delicious food and great atmosphere. Staff was very welcoming and friendly! The food my boyfriend and I ordered was some of the best we've had in Portland. He ordered the BBQ pork tenderloin and said the pork was so flavorful and the house made barbecue sauce was some of the best he's ever had. I had the shrimp rigatoni and it was the one of the most delicious pasta dishes I've had. We've been dreaming about the meals we had since we left and we're already looking forward to going back.

I would have preferred to send an email to the business to simply share my experience with the owner/staff, but couldn't find a contact form/address on their website.The food was good, and the service friendly.However, I felt that this was immensely overpriced. In particular, I do not think that it's fair to charge $34 for a dish and serve water in a single use cup, have paper napkins or table with that paint that kinda stick to everything that's laid on it.Coming from a restaurant that takes pride in sourcing local and non-GMO ingredients, I found it quite surprising to not be a little more conscious of the waste and of the overall experience.In the end the bill was a little under $200 (with tip) for a 2 persons dinner, so I would have expected the experience to be a lot fancier (real glass, fancy ambiance, more refined dishes, etc.).

Really good food and great service in a unique setting and atmosphere but severely overpriced. My friend's steak was the same price as my meatless pasta dish which is quite absurd.

The food is absolutely amazing. The staff is fun and knowledgeable. When they say farm to table, or fish to table mine was caught and cooked the same day. And the happiness they shared with us celebrating a special birthday. They sang and cheered us on.

What a delightful experience I had-all around! I felt like I was family and it was my first visit. I was in town to see the play at Portland Stage and enjoyed some delicious and comforting crab and corn fritters, a scrumptious dessert, and a unique martini made with extra care by Winnie! Beyond the food was the company I kept which was priceless! Exactly what a mom needed. I will be back...but shhh...it's a surprise! ;) (Tell Larry I say hello from Wisconsin!)

Nobody addressed me when I entered (though several people looked directly at me) and I was waiting to place an order for several minutes while the one person on staff was reading an entire menu of desserts to someone who was not ready to order yet. I had to interrupt and ask if someone else could help me so I could place an order for Uber eats, and I was told that they don't do take out. what kind of restaurant doesn't do take out in the middle of a pandemic? and why are they on the Uber menu in that case? I'm pretty sure that they were lying because they didn't feel like serving me.

Katahdin was recommended to us by a local, and we were so glad we went! Winnie and Becky do such a beautiful job of making your night out very special. Winnie welcomes you with such warmth that you feel like old friends within moments of arriving. She ensures your comfort throughout the evening with attention to each detail and making sure you want for nothing. Her cocktails are fabulous and very generous, and she will guide you to the perfect libations easily. Meanwhile Becky is in the kitchen turning out the most delicious and wonderful food. We had the corn and crab fritters, a mushroom tart, salmon, and meatloaf. All were so delish, and beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening here and look forward to returning on future trips to Portland.

The food is absolutely fantastic. The chef/owner procures locally and creates the menu daily based on her findings. A few staples (like her killer burger ?) are always on the menu. The bartender/owner makes the best martini's and is such a joy! Love this hidden gem!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the food is AMAZING. It's also a nice spot if you just want to grab drinks, they have some great cocktail options. It's really a nice and unique little spot, if you're in the area I definitely recommend going here!!
