NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL WHEN THERE'S A PROBLEM. Our "next day" order took two days. Dead lobster arrived a day late for the birthday dinner. Kinda takes the fun out of it. E-mail only, and they don't respond to that. Frustrating that there's no way to contact the seller when things go wrong.

This company is also known as Get Maine Lobster. I was lucky enough to be able to work with them on a collab on IG. I don't normally review businesses when doing a collab but this one was too good not to share! They ended up sending me 2 live lobsters and a lobster roll kit. They sent me the tracking info and it all arrived on time. The lobsters were well packaged and alive when received. Pretty impressive since they were shipped across the country over night! The lobsters were a good size and we were able to store in our fridge for a few hours until ready to cook. They were nice and meaty and just amazing!! A few days later we made the lobster roll kit. It came with a pound of lobster meat, 6 rolls and special seasoning. They definitely aren't skimping on the meat! We made 4 out of the 6 rolls that day and they were fully loaded with meat left over for the other 2. The rolls aren't huge but you stuff them with all that lobster meat and 2 was quite filling for me! Overall, I was really impressed with shipping and quality. Sometimes I do a collab and the product falls short. Well, not here! The product is literally shipped right to your door and well packaged. The quality was above my expectation, which was great! Lastly, customer service was super friendly! The lady who reached out to me, Krista is so nice! I had a few questions about delivery and how to keep the lobsters alive before cooking. She responded quickly and even sent a how to link for keeping the lobsters alive before cooking. Loved that! It's definitely a splurge! It would be a great treat during the holidays, a gift or if you just want to treat yourself! It's nice to know the option is available, even all the way across the country!

I have used them for years and never a problem. Today, I ordered for my moms 87th birthday. Somehow I made a mistake and put my ship to address instead of hers. As SOON as I got the email confirmation, I tried calling and did so for 11 times through out the day. No one answered the phone. I emailed back to please change address and no one responded. I feel bad that my mom will not get her lobster. She loves them. :(

Friends of ours recommended MLD. We wrote MLD with a question about getting a Saturday delivery. Well, they never got back to us. No phone number listed to call either. Offering excellent customer service especially in these economic times is a lifeline for every business. They lost our business and an over $500 SALE

I have attempted to contact this company numerous times about my order, that is supposed to arrive today, shipped overnight. But is arriving Monday, 8/10 surely with dead lobsters. How do I get through to someone?

So I ordered some lobsters for my dad for Father’s Day. I placed my order on June 15th and for delivery for Friday 19th which they were do to arrive by 1030AM. Well UPS didn’t deliver them to my Dad till Monday at 3:30 in the afternoon so those live lobsters sat and suffered in a hot truck all weekend.
I placed an order online. On last page I noticed the shipping address was incorrect. Spoke with a women from company and she fixed it. So I thought. In confirming email, the street # is still incorrect. Soooo I call again. She confirmed address with me and stated all set. Yet another email sent with INCORRECT street number again! This is on a friday,they are not open on Saturday. I tried calling ,literally ALLda on Friday! NO ANSWER. My package shipped to wrong address!Too late to intercept thru UPS. My recipient of package had to go to the address it shipped to and try to intercept!,,this is still in progress. Will update soon. Not happy AT ALL with this company!UPDATE. My package was NOT delivered ,still to wrong address, until Monday June 1st. I spoke with company this a.m. and they stated I will get a refund. Will update soon to let you know if that happens.

My very southern neighbors finally got to experience what a Maine lobstah taste like and they are hooked. I’m originally from Boston and lobsters here are just not the same. I had a very negative experience with this company. After spending ~$140 on the purchase of 2 live lobsters for Mother’s Day, I was very disappointed to find that the lobsters arrived dead and unsafe to eat. The lobsters arrived well after their scheduled delivery date and the gel pack that had been in the box was not even cold.This company has been completely unhelpful and uncommunicative in resolving the issue, even after I have emailed them multiple times.Do not purchase from this business. You are gambling on whether you will receive a usable product. If you have any issues, the company does not have the customer service to even attempt to make things right.
