It’s a pretty decent pizza for drunk pizza but the place seems to be run by kids who don’t care. I’ve tried ordering three days in a row. Phone and online ordering shut off before 8pm. I finally went in to order in person and it was a one girl working the bar and just chatting with her friends who were sitting at the bar while the restaurant was empty. When I asked if the kitchen was open, it was. Whoever owns this place needs to get it together. If there was anything similar within walking distance I’d never go here again. I’m not normally a complainer and I don’t leave reviews but this was ridiculous. It reminded me of a true dive bar in the suburbs where it’s the only option for locals and the staff do not care about anything. Do not fire anyone for the record. It’s not their fault that management doesn’t tighten things up.

Came for drinks and pizza before the Maine Celtic game. They had all kinds of games on all the TVs. Great spot for the family to hang out. Drinks were mixed to perfection. Grace did a great job making sure we had what we needed. Owner Mike is the man too!

I really enjoy Pat’s so I figured I’d stop at this location. Bar staff was great but the pizza was not up to the standards of other Pat’s. If you are looking for quick and cheap bar bites in Portland this will do the trick. If you want better tasting Pat’s pizza go to another location.

Brooke is an amazing bartender. She made sure my drink was always full, and was fun and charismatic. Give this girl a raise cause she was the best bartender Ive ever had in my entire life

I had such a good time at Pat's in the Old Port, the atmosphere was so fun and the service was excellent. I had Brooke as my bartender and she was such a sweetheart and took excellent care of my friends and me! I highly recommend going for a good time with a group of friends. Look for the cute lil blonde bartender and she'll treat you well.

Maine native, and try to come back every summer, and Pat's used to be a staple. Got pizza there on 8 August. Called numerous times to order, only to be sent to voicemail. Tried to order online, but their systems were down (not their fault to some degree -- tech issues happen).So....went there in person. I was the only person there to place a to go order. Paid $40 for a Cheese and a Pepperoni pizza....got home and they were both burnt, and almost no taste to them.Between the high cost and lack of quality -- cannot recommend this place. Again....I used to make a point to go back every year, but will probably now make a point to avoid.

Brooke is a dream bartender, pretty, pleasant, and every drink she makes is perfect! Visiting her on Wednesday night made my whole week. She shines like a star, I’ll be back just to see her!

What a horrible place and horrible food! This place should shut it stores! I ordered the custom and they charged me $21 before any fees and tip. What I received left me speechless. I am adding photos. I ordered the calzones plus pepperoni. I swear it was the worst experience I've had in a long time food was horrible greasy. Very very very little me off ingredients. Imagine the smallest pita bread folded in half. Don't waste your money hopefully, this place or shut down soon!

This is the saddest, most confusing calzone I've ever had. It's nearly empty and the dough looks like a tortilla folded in half. The actual flavor of it would have been fine if the dough wasn't this extremely chewy/tough/thin. I've rarely met a calzone I didn't like but this one was just kind of disappointing

Brooke dirty a** hell. After paying for several drinks and tipping, she was upset because my boy ain't tip on the last round. Went to the extent of saying we only play music request on tips.... Smh, we are the only 6 people here you greedy individual.

It actually makes me very sad to leave this as I am a huge fan of the original Pats Pizza in Orono. I was laid up in my home during a COVID infection and ordered some Pat's Pizza at this location for takeout. The cheese on the breadsticks and the pizza tasted sour and inedible, so much so that I ended up having to throw it out. I left 3 messages on the restaurant voicemail explaining the situation asking for a refund and tried to call multiple times to reach someone in person - all attempts unsuccessful and no one answered me. I could not go in personally as I was ill. This experience has convinced me never to return - not only for the quality of the food for for the poor customer service. This branch is a very pale comparison to the original Pats Pizza.

The pizza was burnt on the top and raw on the bottom. We were not able to eat it. I tried calling the resturant, no one answered the phone. The photos are what was received.
