This is my favorite pho in Southern Maine yet! I’ve tried a lot of places and this is by far my favorite. I got the pho ga and the broth was flavorful and aromatic without being heavy or too sweet/salty. I got takeout and everything was still super hot and fresh when I got home. They also have bubble tea with some different milk tea flavor options, I got mango and it was delicious. And the staff was so friendly and kind!I will definitely be returning to try some other things because they have some great appetizer options too! The place reminds me of the (now closed) Bubble Maineia in Portland, which was always my favorite. Glad to have found a place like this in Southern Maine!

Grew up around here, this was a great surprise to find when coming back to visit family. Food is delicious, staff is lovely. Knowledgeable about their food and easily accommodated gluten allergies. Pho Co variety for presidentDietary restrictions: Easily accommodated our gluten allergy by removing the meat balls and only including steak. Also they have gf hoisin sauce and Sriracha

Went for the first time last night, absolutely delicious! We got pho, egg rolls, pan fried dumplings, and the lemongrass beef bao bao as a pick up order. Everything was piping hot and absolutely amazing, and the people working the counter were very nice. I look forward to going again and eating inside!

The bubble tea was so good I ran back in to grab another one and it was even better then finally got home and was able to have some pho life changing will absolutely be a regular on my days

We thoroughly enjoyed the food and service at Pho Co. Variety. I ordered pho and a taro boba; both were excellent and perfectly flavored. The ingredients for the pho were fresh and the jalapeños delightfully spicy. The portion for the pho was huge, and I got 2 meals out of it. My husband ordered the mother of all bahn mi which was also delicious! It does get busy, so ordering ahead is a great idea. I will be back!

I've driven by this place so many times and finally stopped in. Should've done it sooner. Friendly staff, flavorful food, and at a reasonable price, which is hard to come by these days. I'm glad places like this still exist!

Pho and banh mi are the best around. I do wish their hours went later and had more beverage options. Maybe a good coffee or breakfast sandwich option early am would also be cool.
