Always a great meal here. Unique menu options and always changing it up. We love this

Really good food, however not tapas as none of the the dishes came out at remotley the same time, especially the one dish we had to wait an hour for. Even though we were compensated with a free glass of wine, it slightly ruined the evening, espically as we where watching the staff downing tequila whilst waiting for our food.

The food was SO average and $$$. Had avocado, arroz, and scallops. Presentation 5/10, flavors 4/10 I thought most things were bland and lacked salt and were unbalanced. Texture and quality of scallops were good which was my favorite of the dishes. Cocktails were delicious. Would maybe go back for drinks only.

Cocktails were fun and creative. Food was fabulous especially the flint corn tamale and lamb barbacoa. Unfortunately the service was at best mediocre. We arrived early and were seated in an almost empty restaurant. We were served water then ignored for 5-7 minutes. When we ordered cocktails we asked for the bread and scallops first. Before the cocktails arrived we placed the rest of our order. First, the avocado tostada and shrimp tacos arrived, then the bread and scallops then the corn tamale. So we had five dishes on the table while we waited for wine to arrive. We gradually went through those dishes and, almost done, asked about the lamb which we assumed had been forgotten. The server assured us it was coming and it did several minutes later. So, the food is creative and delicious. We loved the scallops, shrimp, avocado and bread. The wine from Baha CA was intriguing. It will be a long time before we return just because of the service.

Check out this great restaurant. Four of us ate dinner at Regards Saturday night & totally enjoyed our meals. We are adventurous eaters who love to try new foods. We cook gourmet meals for ourselves & friends & we want quality options. Our motto is that we don't mind spending a little more money, if the food is better than we would make for ourselves and or something we wouldn't generally take the time to prepare at home. Because, the food is influenced by Japanese & Mexican roots, we had to "ask Siri" to define many of the menu items, but that was fun too. I am gluten/dairy intolerant & often restaurants will only have a few options that I can choose from, but at Regards, I had endless options & didn't feel like I was missing out on the "good choices". Regards offers great ambiance, a nice assortment of menu choices, helpful friendly staff & wonderful food. Check it out-

Really great unique flavors, each plate is intended to share but they are smaller portions so you could end up spending quite a bit here. That being said it’s definitely a higher end restaurant. The staff is all super friendly and helpful with

Great vibe, good service, drinks were great, not very impressed by the food, the oysters were great, chicken tacos were comparable to dry meatballs, ceviche at this time was tasty but only covered in shaved ice not compared to previous ceviches we've seen posted, had been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time and have heard great things, but our food experience along with how much money we spent we were overall not impressed and probably won't go back.

Amazing Valentine's Day 10 course tasting menu dinner. The variety and creativity was awesome and everything was so fresh and well prepared. It was a true experience and would highly recommend.

Went for Valentine's Day. Menu was fixed and the selections were just plain bad. I am not a picky eater by any means but this food was just very unpalatable and an overall unpleasant experience. Coupled with the $280 bill, I will surely never be returning here.

Wife and I did valentine's dinner here. The staff was awesome, the food was solid (though I did have an item that didn't look appealing but taste was good) we did the (experience dinner) which was $200 to start and another roughly $75 in drinks (I felt size and price didn't match very well). My wife loved it, I very much enjoyed it. Overall I would absolutely go back for a date night or a fancy dinner so don't sleep on REGARDS, it is an experience of its own.

The wait staff could not be more attentive and the ambiance is very nice but noisy. The food, on the other hand, was not memorable. The shrimp tacos were not cooked through. The avocado dish was completely overpowered by the lavash bread they served it with. The ceviche was a bowl of ice. The collar fishtail dish was oily. And the white wine choices were awful and they did not have sparkling water. All in all our dining iexperience was pretty disappointing.

Ignore the menu online. It's so much more. We went on a Thursday night which is taco night. Not what you're thinking they make their own tortillas. We had lobster and scallop. The scallops are out of this world.

Most extraordinary restaurant in portland. Sensational melding of textures and flavors. The unexpected with each course. On line menu does not come close to accurately describing how amazingly delicious each dish is. Superb!

Can't recommend highly enough! In addition to a warm, welcoming atmosphere on a cold day, my taste buds did gleeful cartwheels at every bite of tamale, bread - all four vegetarian options + mezcal cocktail. Everyrjing aboutnour dinner was DELICIOUS and wonderful, including fun, clean bathrooms.

Menu needed a bit of interpretation by server. Most items are small plates with a couple of bites per person when sharing. Interesting flavors and combos, heavy on fish and seafood. Being two women with smaller appetites we were comfortably full after $160 check but a person with a larger appetite might leave hungry unless they order a few more dishes.
