We ordered from this restaurant on Door Dash. I got an order of dumplings and sweet potato fries. With food for me, my husband, and my aunt and uncle it was a little over $100. I thought it was a little pricey at first but once I saw how much food they gave us, it was totally worth it. I got more dumplings than usual and an entire box full of delicious sweet potato fries. This was a great last minute dinner choice.

Fix. Your. Staffing. If you can't run on the staff you have please stay closed. When you are closed it is inconsistent. When you are open your service is horrible. Order error after order error after order error. I used to LOVE Sebago but honestly after the last several disappointing experiences I think I will have to write this place off for good.

A restaurant connected to a hotel is usually nothing spectacular, and that is true in the case of Sebago in downtown Portland (connected to the Hampton). The food is, at best, ok. Vermont Turkey and apple sandwich ok - more bread than filling. The peanut butter pie was mediocre and you could tell had been frozen before serving. If you’re super hungry and you’re at the hotel, it’s not the worst, but it’s not fantastic. Walk a few feet and you’ll have many good options. Positive - the staff were very friendly.

Waited forever to get our drink orders in because our server was too busy clearing her tables first. After approximately 15 minutes waiting to put in drink orders she told us that the kitchen closes in 15 minutes as well. Much better service at their other facility.

It was the only place that had parking and needed no reservation 830 pm on a Saturday in Portland and boy were we grateful! Huge portions, tasty food and lovely friendly staff. Couldn't ask for anything better.

I was excited to try this Maine brewery, but left with a meh feeling. My rating is mostly due to the food though since we only tried one of their beers. Unfortunately, the baked haddock sandwich we ordered did not pack a lot of flavor. It felt like it was not seasoned properly and with haddock, seasoning can really make a huge difference. The fries were standard affair but definitely portioned well to fill us both up! The Buffalo chicken salad also left me wishing for more. The chicken tasted like those frozen tenders you buy from a grocery store and the blue cheese dressing on top of the salad that already had blue cheese made the salad quite salty. Having said that, the portions were very filling and the food went well with the beer. We got a passion fruit flavored ale, which was quite hoppy - perfect for the IPA lovers looking to branch out of their comfort zone a bit. I'd recommend getting a bunch of different beers as flights to taste more of what they have to offer!

Great food and beer selections. The staff are friendly and helpful. The prices here are fair.

We were in town for our wedding and needed to accommodate 16 people for rehearsal dinner. We called Sebago two weeks prior to our date and from my first conversation with Andrew the whole process and dinner was seamless. We were seated in a back room area and our waitress was perfect. Everyone LOVED their food and were very pleased with the whole experience.

We ate at Sebago Brewing Company since we could not get a table or reservation at any other restaurant close by in the Old Port. Despite the pandemic, the area seemed crammed with people. We were seated almost immediately in a booth in a back room (looked like a private dining with most of the tables removed) which felt safer. My husband took advantage of their large selection of craft beers and had two Frye's Leap IPAs. He is a Grateful Dead fan & wanted a Scary Garcia, but they were out of it. He had a bowl of clam chowder and Korean Beef bowl and I had a Lobster Roll minus the roll. They put it on large lettuce leaves which I liked. Simple pub food & service were good.

Been 7 years since we were here last, but the craft beer selection is still good, my drink was delicious and the bartender was friendly. No food this time so can't comment on that.

It's been 7 years since we were here, but the craft beer selection is just as good as ever, my drink was great and the service was good as well. Sat at the bar but didn't eat.

The waitress was extremely friendly and really attentive. We ordered the black bean burger which we split and it was huge. Nothing bad to say about the beer. Highly Recommended!
