I dined in this restaurant on 3/24/2024 right before my flight. Took 15 minutes to get a water and another 20-30 minutes to receive the food. I didn’t tip for that exact reason alone. When I received the receipt I marked out the tip line and wrote my total amount. I just received a notification from my bank that this payment was updated and reflected a tip and I clearly didn’t authorize it. This restaurant has no number to call or communicate this through so I decided to leave a review. Very sketch and wouldn’t advise anyone to use their debit/credit card at this location. Plenty of other options in this airport.

Our bartender was definitely drunk. Could not remember our beer orders. We ordered food and 20 minutes later she came back and couldn’t remember what we ordered. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this was an exceptionally poor experience. Surprised she has a job

Okay but the bartender could have been more aware and attentive, and faster. And personable. I feel like a sucker for tipping (well) and then getting ignored when there was a problem with my wine.

Typical forgettable airport "pub" food yet best off the mediocrity offered at Portland ME airport.While inside the Portland ME airport terminal we had a choice between this place, Burger King and lobster. We've had plenty of lobster and not into Burger King so this was our choice. Ordered the quesadilla and chicken tenders. Chicken tenders were very good. French fries could have been a little more crispy. Quesadilla was too mushy. Needed to be crisped up a little bit longer.When you're at the airport and in a captive food audience scenario, this is not a bad place to go. Note: Managed by airport HMS Food Services. They have a standing 15% discount for all military so if you are military don't forget to use it!

Saturday at noon.... We counted 3 staff people... None acknowledged the line of people waiting for a table. We stood in line 30 minutes & left after a couple walked past those in line and took a table and were served. This really diminished the Portland airport experience. Acknowledge YOUR CUSTOMERS & maybe train your staff!

Absolute worst bartender ever. Stood talking to people as I waited to pay bill. Then served drinks to multiple others. When I eventually said excuse me can I pay my bill this idiot raises his voice ,tells me there are others in front of me anf he can have my flight cancelled. Worst experience with a airport establishment in my life.

Great food, terrible waitress. We nearly missed our flight because the waitress would not bring us our tab after several requests. Also didn’t get our water until 15 minutes, waitress forgot to add bacon to my burger. We requested the tab as soon as we got our food and I told her our flight boarded soon. She ignored us and went at sat by the bar. I had to being my card to her and tell her we were leaving and we could either pay or leave. I’d give one star if the food was bad, but it wasn’t.
