I've been meaning to stop here and grab a sandwich. While I'm not a big fan of chain-type businesses, I've thought Subway sandwiches were ok. But that's the problem, a subway sandwich in Calf. tastes the same as one in New Hampshire, so I'm gonna get there on of these days but they're done on the priority list for a FULL review.

Money hoarding misogynistic dirtbags laid off all the hard workers here and replaced them with sheer mediocrity and a severe lack of any intelligent life in sight. Slow and refuses to properly shut a proofer off in order to prevent mold, because god forbid a woman tells them to do something right. Don’t eat here for your own health ?

went in and there were new employees and later on i found out that almost everyone that worked there got laid off by these new wannabes who btw HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! they did NOT make my sandwich correctly, i asked for meatball TOASTED. they did not toast it and the bread smelled weird. i cannot guarantee any customers safety by continuing to eat there. i do suggest people go to the saint john location as the service there much more kind and respectable. DO NOT GO TO SUBWAY ON CONGRESS IF YOU VALUE YOUR SAFETY!! i can almost guarantee that they will not make it through a health inspection.

Fired the vast majority of locals to hire off the books out of state employees.. Disappointing to see this. This subway location was really turning around. Was always clean and well run under prior management. Now that they laid off the people who made this location great I won’t consider ever stepping foot in this establishment again.

I was the enacting store manager for the last 7 months. Since I was brought on I’ve gotten a regular flow of customers who are amazing to see daily, homeless crackheads stopped coming in and causing issues and threatening patrons and staff, and overall had a safer better crowd. Tonight I was laid off as manager along with half the stores crew due to the new owners wanting to pay people under the table and not pay us our wages so they can save themselves some money. As a result I’d like to inform anyone coming to the establishment that they should be wary of the quality of the service and food as corners are being cut and laying off half of the staff in all 6 stores in our franchise is just the beginning. Go to the one down the street and give the other owners your business. This isn’t worth your money. They don’t deserve it.

About a year ago,I got thoroughly disgusted with this store and never returned. Tonight,I was in a tight spot,and decided to go in. A Young Man named Brian or Bryan, whichever (my apologies) , was working the counter. He was a breath of fresh air. He asked me how I wanted things, and showed every care above and beyond any expectation I could have wished for. He politely chatted me up. It's odd to see a young person who cares these days. He then asked, only if I truly enjoyed my sandwich, would I leave a good review,not for him,but for that particular store. He said they were working hard to please,and I could tell. This young man deserves the Employee Of The Month Award,if there is one. If there isn't ,you need to invent one just for him. The kid deserves it!!! By the way,my sandwich was awesome!!???

Newly Renovated store under new management clearly. Much improved service cleanliness and food. Nice staff. Getting lunch for the whole office regularly here. A great spot for office meals and parties.

I had a coupon for a footlong, chips & drink for $8.99. I had him build my version of the Mexicali and grabbed chips n drink. He said the coupon was for build your own sandwich, not a signature sandwich. Said it was in very small fine print. I told him I didn't build to the signature design but he didn't care. I ended up just getting the sandwich and paid $13.50!!!If you guys are going to continue to swindle customers this way, especially older ones who can't read the small print, I hope you lose your shirts. You definitely lost me as a customer and I will be reporting these tactics to the BBB.

I hadn't had a sandwich from here in awhile. I'd had a long day with banking and Doctors appointments. So I was just too tired to go home and cook.So it was a Subway night. My sandwich was really tasty and the convenience of the Sandwich makers making it for me was awesome.
