There was a twenty minute wait, which was expected. Our server, Laurie, had a full section, but was still really attentive and great at recommending GLB's specialities to me and my brother. Beer selection is great, wing and sandwich selection is huge. I had the PB & J bird sandwhich which was awesome and my brother had the salt and vinegar wings (which are whole drums and flats attached) and enjoyed them. Laurie then brought us a free sample of chili which was to die for!Vegetarian options: There is a whole section of vegetarian options ranging from mushroom burgers, salads, and other veggie sandwiches.Dietary restrictions: Plenty of gluten free drink and food options.Parking: Parking can be found on the street or beside the restaurant. Loved it...again. Been many years since I was here last. It has only gotten better. Food was outstanding, beer was excellent and service was friendly and on the spot.Great place will definitely be back! If you're in the area stop in you will not be disappointed!

The Great Lost Bear is a fun and eclectic restaurant outside downtown Portland. Everywhere is some funky or funny artwork for you to see. The seating area is spread out through multiple rooms - you'll be sure to have fun no matter where you sit. Service was awesome from start to finish.The menu contains sandwiches, barbecue dishes, and bar-style appetizers. Portions are massive and well-priced. We shared the homemade jalapeno poppers, which came out piping hot. Be sure to get a side of ranch! We also enjoyed the PB&J Bird and the Angry Bird. Largest chicken sandwiches we have ever seen - enough for leftovers. Beer & cocktail menus were equally impressive.The outside seating looks like a blast - definitely coming back for a drink on the patio!
Go when it's not so crowded. Food is okay. It's a bit pricey. The waitress we had was awesome and very nice. It's a great place for a meet-up with friends.
awesome af like so awesome af beers are dope and i love the hops inside of them. i cant stress enough how friggin dope it is to drink beers with friends and have a couple chos, like really...think about it....when is the last time you've had a few chips and pints with a friend? maybe this is your sign...hit up an ol chap and ask him for a crispy tall hazy man. this is your chance dude, fucking do it

Great, pub-like atmosphere! We've been going here for over a year. The food has been consistently delicious. Special shout out to their Mac and cheese with chili and their awesome wings! Always had very nice service. It's a fairly large space, too. Good if you have a larger group. I couldn't recommend it more highly!
