If you are coming from out of town, you need to stop in here. Friendly shop, you can order ahead online, and the rotating menu is excellent. I am a fiend for donuts and this surpassed my expectations.

What an incredible experience! For a recent bachelor party, my friends and I had the pleasure of indulging in an assortment of donuts from Holy Donuts, and I am beyond impressed. Each donut was a piece of art - fluffy, perfectly sweet, and oh-so-decadent. From classic flavors to unique creations, every bite was an adventure for our taste buds. Not only did these donuts add a touch of sweetness to our celebration, but they were also a huge hit among all the guests. The service at Holy Donuts was top-notch, adding to the overall exceptional experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to treat themselves or make an event extra special.Five stars all the way!

We were lucky enough to randomly walk in there on their birthday and got a discount on donuts. Lucky us!!! Took a dozen home with us and they are amazing. Sad I won’t be able to go back all the time! Was happy to see all women working in there, not sure if that was by chance or not, but awesome nonetheless! ?Dietary restrictions: Had lots of gluten free options!!Parking: Paid street parking. Could definitely be difficult in the tourist season/summer.

Maybe it was an off day... Mainers rave about the potato donuts, but I think I'll stick to the ordinary kind.

The BEST donuts. Pricey at $3.50-$4.25 gf. But yum.Get the Holy Cannoli. Trust me.Gluten-free options are wonderful.Go early. Two locations, both busy.Great staff. Pre-order and boxes by 6 or 12 available. Good drink options. Kid friendly.

The venue was nice ! Place gets busy so get there early. Vegan donut options available. Worth the 1 hour and 45 minute drive ! Heavy !

Everyone loves Donuts right? I'm actually not a huge fan but I do like them better when they're fresh. But donuts are generally not a priority for me.BUT @holydonutmaine is my big time exception. I think it's because they're not super sweet, they're always very fluffy and I think that's because of the potatoes. Regardless what it is, they do an amazing job and should get more attention for it!10/10 would recommend

I've been coming here for high-end donuts since it opened. The price has always been steep but the quality and quantity made the trip worth it. While the quality and customer service are still excellent, shrinkflation is obvious. Many of the donuts have become noticeably smaller. This is especially true for the dark chocolate sea salt, which is my favorite.

Let me start by saying I don't like donuts. Typical variety always leave a waxy film on the top of my mouth (weird, I know). Than along came The Holy Donut and it was love at first bite!! Hubby and I are in NH, and ME is where these amazing donuts live, so we are always looking for a good excuse for a ride. Best pandemic road-trip was 2.5 hour round trip to get donuts and just return home (started with just 1st donut each in drive through, but circled back for 1/2 dozen for the ride home ). Chocolate sea salt is amazing, as is lemon blueberry, but honestly, haven't met one that I haven't liked!!
