Great Donut Place. Nice staff, great donuts and good location. The glazed sticks are really good, and the prices are pretty good. Great place to stop while driving or just to grab a bite to eat. Overall great place.

I thought the staff was rude and that's all I have to say. For that reason I won't go back.

Really good locally made fresh donuts and handpies (raspberry, apple and Bavarian cream), Should have bought more for the long road trip, but also glad I didn't buy more because I shouldn't eat them to begin with. I am told this place has staying power . . . they've been in the same location since the 90s and been in business since the 70s. I'd definitely visit when I am passing through the area again. The coffee here leaves a bit to be desired . . . it tasted like it was sitting for a while and bordering on being burnt.

Overall horrible experience. Go to the Cookie Jar where they appreciate your business. If you stop in to buy doughnuts or pastry for MMC like I used to, you better call ahead. The man who answers the phone and waits on you will be pissed if he has to pull out more than six items to put in a box. He lectured me about calling ahead! The doughnuts and pastry are not as good as they used to be. The service is worse. I called the other day to order two-hours ahead of pick-up, like he told me to a year ago, I asked for Lemon Squares or Raspberry Squares. I heard "nope" they don't make these anymore. I asked about Cream Horns and he quickly said they do have them and I asked for a dozen. He said, we have just 10. I ordered them and then needed to ask what other type of pastry they had. I ordered six chocolate eclairs. It was like pulling teeth. He didn't offer anything... I had to ask. the pastry was old and stale. Please find another bakery.. Two Fat Cats / Cookie Jar and so many others are fabulous and want your business.

This is probably the worst Customer Service I've ever experienced other than speaking to overseas customer service about my Amazon delivery! The older gentleman who manages the counter has absolutely no customer skills whatsoever. I called at 5:30 this morning to order pastries for nurses I work with a MMC. I asked for lemon squares and was told by him that they don't have these any longer. I asked about raspberry squares. I received the same reply. Then there was an uncomfortable silence. I finally asked him what type of pastry he still had. He gave me a list of French Horns, Chocolate Eclairs, Bismarkrks, etc. I said great! I'll take a dozen French Horns. He quickly replied that they didn't have 12. I had to ask how many did he have. He said 10. I said I'll take them. I then asked about the chocolate eclairs. He told me he had plenty and I asked for 6. Honestly, if I hadn't asked what they do have I would have hung up and been on my merry way. He is horrible to work with and makes you feel like you are interrupting his sports talk with the bakers. Last year I stopped in and asked for 10 chocolate eclairs and he was furious because I didn't call ahead. There were no other customers in the shop..... He said he needed time to put them into a box. Please call two hours ahead of time the next time. How does this shop do any business? I guess Two Fat Cats will have a new customer and I can have DoorDash or another driving company pick them up and deliver them to MMC for me. I am sad because this shop is not what it used to be. I was brought up on Tony's Doughnuts and our family bought from them forever. No more...

Great little secret in Libbytown, Portland! There's a lot of great donut places in Portland but this is my favorite. It's the spot to get a classic donut - I love how fluffy their Bavarian cream donut is!
