My wife and I walked in o an empty room followed by 2 ladies who I held the door for. The single employee then proceeded to spend 10 minutes with the ladies providing samples without so much as acknowledging our existence. Honestly the worst service in the history of service.

Love this place in among the breweries. They have cider and mead as well as kombucha and a few beer selections. Such a neat, and different spot compared to all the beer places. You can get a flight and try all the different options. My favorite is their super dry cider. I always get it out when I see it. They have inside and outside seating. Also can play corn hole. Their meads aren't sweet which I like and they always have cool options. Worth a stop!

This place was a nice find after a week traveling through New England. I had gone to many of places asking about flights as it gives you a chance to try a few things however it seemed like no one offered a flight until I stumbled into here. This place has seating outside as well as inside, they offer games to be played and live music. When we arrived I didn't know what I was getting myself into however the folks there were so kind and welcoming. They explained the products and when I still had a confused look on my face (I didn't know what a mead tasted like) they offered a sample to see if I wanted it as part of my flight. You get a card and write down the numbers you want and they serve you up your flight which can be mixed with anything that they serve. We had a great laugh as we drank our flight as some were better than others and once again I can confirm that I do not like kombacha but I loved the experience!

if you are looking for a large venue with parking options, plenty of cider and kombucha options, this is the place to go! beer options are limited (and are gruit-based beers), but the ciders were wonderful, light, crisp, and very flavorful. Lot of open seating areas with a variety of seating options (high tops, couches, chairs, std tables, etc.) and the bathrooms were spacious and appointed with supplies. A nice touch inside the space are hanging herbs and flowers from the ceiling, which adds a nice homey look to the otherwise warehouse-like approach!

Hands down one of the best places I have been to. I was a big fan of the wholesome look, the range of beverages, and the general feel. But removed from the surface level, the people behind the bar are outstanding. Trust me, you won’t get that type of interpersonal connection anywhere else. Urban Farms is a standalone classic that is great for a date night or large groups. But even if you show up midday, know that you will still get great quality.Oh, and the dog! More points on the board for me!

We stopped in on a quiet Thursday afternoon and really enjoyed our time! The knowledge of our server was incredible and deeply appreciated. Each fermented beverage was distinctly delicious, and not overly sweet in the way that many kombuchas can be.Have to shout out the flights-- a great deal to get some gut healthy goodness in your day and enjoy a wide variety of flavors. I can't wait to visit again the next time I'm in town Portland!

Nice place to stop in for a cidah lol or some good kombucha. They also have a vegetarian food truck outside for those that are hungry. Nice atmosphere and nice ambience.
A very unique and interesting opportunity to taste some non-traditional beverages. I did a flight of ciders and my wife did a flight of kombucha's. As usual she picked the better.selection. Both were good but I couldn't believe how great the kombucha variations are! Definitely worth a stop to expand your horizons and palate.

Don't ever use Urban Farm Fermentory for any large functions!! My daughter and son-in-law got married here this weekend and the wedding experience was great, the one problem was that their original contract was for an open bar but they were charging the guests for drinks when the wedding started. My wife ended up giving Kristen the manager her credit card and we ended up with a drink bill of $1,611.52. This was not the worst part, however. Kristen bothered the groom about the bill and ruined his wedding day experience. I have no idea why this happened and why the open bar situation was not worked out in advance, but it wasn't. Now if you are just going here to drink Kombucha, their various Kombuchas are great! Just don't have a wedding or other event here.

Gabriel made our experience an unforgettable one.He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and excited about what he does!!We had a rough day and just wanted to have an enjoyable time, we did!!! We tried Kombucha (beet) mind blown!!! Totally hooked didn't like any variety prior to walking in!!! Thank you for being a game changer!!! We were able to enjoy our beverages there and take many home to prepare for the storm!!Gabriel thank you for loving your job and sharing it with us!! We cant wait to come back!!!

Came back in 2023 and it's still super cute but the kombucha wasn't as good as I remembered. Also it's a really tiny flight for $14, used to be a lot less.The space is awesome and they have lots of games. A great place to hang out.
