The man working was beyond rude and disrespectful. As we waited to order he came over the speaker and screamed at us when no even spoke about ordering. We left didn't even order.Soon we went to get cold drink after baseball upon arrival a female was on the other end. Was not the most friendly upon getting to the window either a manager/ shift leader was using nothing but vulgarity at the staff including the female. She looked like she had been crying while trying to keep a smile the man was yelling at her. Very disturbing and sad that these staff members are being treated like that in front of customers what's being done when no one is around?

Just waited at drive thru for 5 minutes to be rudely told to give them a min, than rude lady said I'm short staffed. 1 person in line grabbing order nobody inside and the rude woman just standing in drive thru picking her nose doing nothing. Do better Wendy's, hire staff that actually do their jobs. Taking an order shouldn't take 6 minutes of waiting with nobody in line! Horrible staff.

The gentleman at the window is always very pleasant and very helpful. I don't know his name but he has a mobility disability of some sort. Great employee!
Rude customer service, told me to wait when order was ready sitting behind me. But couldn't tell me it was there always not very busy but takes 10 mins to make one sandwich definitely not the Wendy's to go to if u want speed and decent

By far the worst service I have ever seen. They locked the front doors sonits drive thru only and I waited 35 minutes just to order. I was car 6 in line... then my order was wrong. This is far from the first time this particular store has done this. Do your job.
