“The bagels are good. The cream cheese selection is fantastic. My favorite is chive creem cheese. My friends like the strawberry. Olive cream cheese is good too. A large variety of bagels is offered. It seems permanently understaffed though. 1 person working usually.Another good side to eating there is thst you can walk over to the good tern co-op. The bagel shop and the co-op are part of the same company from what I understand.“
“What a hidden gem! We accidently stumbled on this, and were drawn in by the cozy, welcoming decor. Mr Right chose a rose ribbon strattacelli (gelato) and I had sweet cream gelato. Both were fabulous. I tried a sample of the rose ribbon which had an interesting floral taste. Didn't take pics of the food, loved the atmosphere!!“

“Driving through Thomaston on our drive along the coast of Maine. Husband and I were hungry from hiking and decided to stop. Best decision! Salad with chicken salad on top was delightful (did not skimp on toppings) and a decent portion. The Vactionland latte was flavorful with a hint of blueberry but not overly sweet. Kind staff as well!“
“Great vibes, high quality coffee and tea, and delicious food. You can't beat the view of the harbor from the patio. I had gluten free avocado toast and was most satisfied. I also asked for a custom tea blend and they were more than happy to oblige. Hot tip, sit here and have some caffeine then go around the corner to Freya's for some ice cream to continue the vibes.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options“
“Quality spot with local produce, dairy, and meats, in addition to a fairly good selection of high quality imports; oils, vinegars, pasta, condiments, cheeses, butters, etc... I love the unique variety. Their pastries are pretty good, I have tried many but often don't feel the need to have them again. They have a great rotating bread selection, my favorite is the fruit and nut sourdough available on Saturdays. I took 1 star off for the breakfast sandwich. I first had it about a year ago and it was AMAZING. Grilled to perfection with toasty bread and a delicious tomato chutney. I wanted everyone I knew to try it. Unfortunately the quality is so intermittent, often I don't even want to gamble on it anymore. Sometimes the English muffin is super softy and almost soggy, I think from being in the deli foil wrap. More than once I've received a sandwich with a missing ingredient (either no chutney or no greens or no meat) did they just run out? I don't know, but it's disappointing when it happens. Overall I like this place a lot, but the breakfast sandwich situation is a bummer for me since I know how good it could be.“

“Bravo! Main Street Markets was the one stop shop for our visit to Rockland. Went in looking for local craft beer and a few provisions and left with almost everything we needed. Great assortment of soups to go. Heat and serve meals packaged togo so we could enjoy more time with our family at the cabin. They even came by and catered for our last night so we didn't have to worry about dishes! Main Street Markets covered everyones dietary needs, gluten free, vegetarian, even toddler!! Can't recommend enough, what a great find!“
