We hit the drive thru late after practice. You could tell they only had a couple people working. And each person was doing multiple jobs we had quite a big order and so did the person behind us so they had us pull ahead and we had to wait about 15 minutes for our food but our order was correct hot and fresh and delicious.
Brittany needs a raise. She’s the Miggety Mac of the Mac Miggety’s. Also, please hire someone just for milkshakes and Mcflurries. Just designate one person a day/night whose job it is to ONLY set up and break down the shake machine…. Y’all’s machine ain’t broke, but I totally understand why they don’t want to spend 3 hours after closing every night just breaking it down. I don’t know, maybe start offering Klondike bars instead….
