I didn't rate the atmosphere because we ordered delivery. The delivery was reasonably quick, especially for a rainy weeknight.I've lived in Saco a few years now, but this was my first time ordering from here. It will not be my last, and will probably become my go-to place from here on out.We ordered two of the regular size pizzas, the European and the Grecian, with some additions to each, along with the green salad. OMG. Absolutely delicious. This was some of the tastiest pizza I've had in years. The salad was so simple, but also excellent - fresh, crisp, perfect. I highly recommend this place! Outstanding flavors and combinations. Yum.

I got the worst pizza ever! It came COLD. Don't know who's in charge of the ovens, but? Sometimes there all just a chatting away. From past experiences you can't tell them there's something wrong. She is really snotty. I just couldn't believe they'd serve a pizza like that. Kind of looked like it was sitting there all day. Really limp and looked awful. Didn't look fresh at all. Highly disappointed.

Their food is good, but their service and delivery sucks. Always takes an hour for delivery and do not follow instructions. After waiting for hour and half was told the online order did not go thru even though I got a confirmation number. He said will put a rush on it, again I gave delivery instructions. Another hour went by and still No food. Was told it's out and just wait. 20 min later it shows up stone cold

Don't understand the low rating. This our pizza of choice. My wife likes the cheeseburgers and fries. Pizza is always good, and so is the meatball sub. Staff has always been friendly to us.

Best chicken tenders in town in my opinion. Just a great small town pizza shop with consistently good food. Their grinders are well made, and leave you very full. My favorite is a sausage & meatball with onions and peppers, not on the menu but they've made it for me. My kids LOVE it there and get the pizza, chicken tenders, or cheese bread. Parking is a trick, you may need to walk down the block. You can eat in if you'd like or they deliver. Casual and good for after sports or a day at the beach to pop in. This is our go-to place. Only wish they had better fries, but other than that, delicious.

Overcharged when ordering online and when calling to inquire, owner argumentative and unhelpful- even admitting to hidden charges on web ordering. Which is a shame as we enjoyed ordering from them regularly, but won’t be again.

So disappointed today, ordered 12.99 Sunday special large pizza.. did pineapples and added pepperoni for 1.50 website price total on website 15.45 with tax. I chose to pay at store vs. Online. Lady at counter not friendly, attitude... says that will be 19.97, I state to her the Online price , she says that's not the special, you have to pay regular price! Had I paid online I would have only paid the 15.45, just flat out it is what it is..attitude.. NoI am so sorry, let me look into it.. just pay it, pal... was the look.. so beware, they rip you off charging you 5.00 dollars extra for pepperoni vs 1.50. would not recommend.. very little sauce on pizza, way too much cheese, and undercooked on top of all this... buyer beware...

Do not order the sausage sub! I'm Italian and that was the most disgusting thing I ever ate there! Don't get me wrong! I love Saco house! I took three bites and all I could taste was cheese and onion and mushrooms they said it was spicy sausage! Couldn't taste any sausage!! And to boot was was coldParking: Don't care

I placed my order online for (as I usually do) for 4 items, at 6:20pm. At 7pm I called to check on it, as it doesn’t usually take that long (even in mid summer). I was told they’re busy and doing everything they can, to which I politely responded with an “ok, thank you. Then I called back at 7:50 and was told that it’s on its way, so once again I politely responded with a thank you. The driver finally arrived at 8:10pm with my order. Now I can honestly say that I have ordered from Saco House plenty of times on the past couple of years and even in the height of the tourist season it’s never taken them an hour and 50 minutes to make and deliver my order. I don’t know what the hell happened but it is completely unacceptable and I really would’ve appreciated an apologetic gesture of some sort. Unfortunately, this will be our last time ordering from Saco House. Waiting 2 hours for 4 items to the tune of $70, is not ok.
