Placed an order through Ubereats. Ubereats somehow dropped the order of fries w the order. Tried to call the store and no one answered - twice, and Uber eats resolution was that I had to contact the store. Mind you, the delivery fee alone was 10.00. My driver finally just had them talk to me from his phone, and the worker was rude, cut me off continuously and had zero resolutions. I said I was willing to pay over the phone, really anything so I didn’t have to submit a whole extra order for ONE ORDER OF FRIES. Couldn’t just let me place the order and then him tell Uber eats it had been picked up already so it could go with my order.. nothing. Just a stupid response on how they can’t just give out free fries. I wasn’t asking at any point for free food. I’ve paid $50 for the food I’m getting. This store has some serious attitude issues. Period.

Waited 10 minutes in the drive through no one else in it all because the two workers were on their phones I drove past the window after deciding not to order because of the time I was sitting at the microphone and they were still on their phone!!! Don’t recommend this location

I've come here once a week for the last 20 years but I'll never return after the attitude I got from the drive thru woman tonight. She was short and straight up rude. I've dealt with slow service, rising prices, and whatever else but I'm not going to pay money to a business that lets the employees talk to the customers like they're stupid. I was there at 730 pm on March 23rd. It was dead there was absolutely no excuse for this.

I was accused of stealing a soda when I never left my car. Trust me kid, you won't serve me again. A lesser person would have thrown it back in your face when you threatened to charge them for it.

Whoever takes the order is rude. Doesn't ask what the person wants you have to tell them or they say what else over and over. I ask for chili was excellent and that it. Please teach them to be polite if possible

Don’t recommend going in the morning for breakfast hours, the staff has poor customer service skills, the cashier threw away my receipt without asking if I wanted it or not. The food is always cold. So if you actually want to enjoy your food from this Wendy’s try the evenings or night shift. But morning shift and breakfast staff is terrible !

So I worked a 12 hour shift I was really hungry so I stop to get some fries. I guess it was about 5 minutes before they closed. So I had to wait for my food. When I got home I started eating to my disgust the fries where so salty that I couldn't eat them. They were FU disgusting. They did it on purpose because of the time I came in at. I have been working in food industry 30 plus years I'm not stupid . It's a real shame cause they were making there products better. I will never go here again.

It is fast food ....it was fresh cooked which is tastierVegetarian options: I would love to see Wendy's have fish .If you hate Burgers or Chicken you are out of luck except the salads which I find just ok

While sitting at the pickup window waiting for my food I listen to the staff talk about how my pot plants they can grow with the "F" being used as every other word. It was also dress casual day, sweatpants. The topper was getting home and opening the bag to the wrong order.

We love the chili and it was hot and satisfying the staff were very pleasant and Zach in particular was a great asset to the place polite friendly and making sure our meal was to our liking provided milk when they ran out of cream for coffee ...

Drive thru today and picked up a Parmesan Caesar salad. Very disappointing to say the least. Lots of brown romaine lettuce, green wilted lettuce that had holes in the leaves. Rescued what I could, but it was a waste of money. I used to enjoy Wendy's salads, but not so much today. I'll need to rethink my fast food establishment choices going forward.

stopped in there the other night and the manage is sitting i a chair in the corner with her shoes off playing on her phone and some younger kid yelling and swearing at the other employees the excuse the kid gave was there were slammed to which when we got our food it was all cold and they would not remake it will not come to this location again
