I would give -10 for everything here at this location. They are terrible in here. Worst employees ever. Manager dont give a dam about you or her job. So here's my story,, I place my order on line. Its was snowing and we were snowed in still. We wanted delivery. They were open and delivering throughout the day. I understand busy and they were busy. BUT someone NEEDS TO ANSWER PHONES. I called to cancel my order they hung up on me twice. So went online to cancel. I did that. Because we waited 1.5 hours and got nothing. So we ordered someplace else. They delivered in 35 minutes. So 3.5 hours later Dominos shows up with my canceled order saying it paid for. I took it. The food. Next day I called for management gave my story. And they never responded or called me back. I should at least get half if not all my money back. This order was canceled and yet you still took my money. Worst service and everything. This place a ripoff.

ordered online got delivery. Order took over an hour to arrive, did not track, and was delivered to the wrong door. Was so cold it needed to be reheated in the oven.I mean it's Domino's. But the delivery experience could have been a he'll of a lot better.Will probably just make a frozen one next time.

You show up and they tell you it won't even go in the oven for an hour or more!I canceled my order just like the three people in front of me. They must average 100 canceled orders a day over asinine wait times.You could literally drive to NH to buy all the stuff you need to make a pizza tax free. Drive home, Make, cook and eat the pizza before Domislows will have your order ready.Go to any other pizza place and avoid these insane wait times.

I've really liked Dominoes ever since their makeover some years ago. I'd heard bad stories about this particular location, but I wanted to give it a chance and see for myself. My call was answered on the third ring by AI name Meg. "She" asked questions in the process of taking my order, and I answered them. The answers were repeated back at the end. She "heard" me incorrectly, but my order was mostly corrected, though I had asked for extra cheese on just one half, she put it on the whole pie. Not a big deal, really. I had a small pizza, half pepperoni, sausage, and mushroom, half ham, pineapple, and extra cheese. The important correction was that she removed one pie from the order since I had only order one, not two, to begin with. 20-30 minutes. I got there in 25 minutes and my order was ready. The shift leader was very friendly. The AI is supposed to free up the staff so that they have more time to devote to food making. The pizza was quite good and they didn't skimp on the toppings at all. It was waiting in a sturdy take-out box. Handicap accessible. I paid with a credit card. Well located on the main street. Well-kept property inside and out.

I have been ordering from them for years without an issue. I will never order here again. I ordered online, and it said 50 mins. An hour later, I called to check on the order, and I was told it would be 45 mins longer, I let it go and waited. An hour later, and still nothing, I call back to be told it's coming up and should be 15 mins. Almost 30 mins later, still nothing, so I call back again to be told it's gonna be ANOTHER 30 mins. I am done with this location. The owner of this place better do something to improve this issue. If it was a driver issue I would been happy to pick it up. There was no option given or real explanation for the hold up. We weren't even offered any kind of compensation for the delay. I have never made a complaint before on Google for any business but this was not okay!!
