I very rarely eat McDonald's like probably once every 2 years but I went there and it was good and the service was actually very good

Ordered a coffee, strawberry pie, and a happy meal - no condiments + extra fries. After I came around to pay they said there weren't any pies at all. Ok. I waited for my charges to be changed. When we picked up the food the coffee was room temperature and obviously old. The happy meal had pickles on it. The fries were cold and waxy. Ugh! It was 8PM but if I'm going to pay top dollar for their food it should be done correctly and somewhat fresh.

Since I can't give it a ZERO.This is last time I wait 15 minutes for cold fries and sandwich.The Filet Of Fish is the only edible thing left on the menu.Farewell Ronald (for ever)

Just read an article where McDonalds will be revamping their burger calling them "The best burgers ever" Here is an amazing idea. How about #1 actually having the food. Lost track of the times Ive shown up to find the items I want to order they have run out of. #2 how about getting adequate supervision and trainable staff. To many have teenagers with rotten attitudes running these places. At 18.00 bucks for two burgers and a fry the service needs to be stepped up dramatically. McDonald's just doesn't get it and the problem is everywhere. If anybody wants a 10.00 burger there are better places to go with much better service. Once again if I could give no stars I would.
