Toxic owner!We’ve always loved going to third alarm, there is great food and wonderful service.HOWEVER, we had the pleasure of seeing the owner in action tonight.The diner was incredible busy, and had only two (wonderful) servers Brianna and Mason (I think is her name). The owner came in and started berating these poor girls and micromanaging without offering a single ounce of help during the busy rush. The two servers had everything under control and did not have one unhappy customer.Knowing that third alarm is owned by such a toxic woman makes me really sad, and wonder how she treats her other employees who are out of sight behind the kitchen. She didn’t even make an attempt to be quiet with the condescending remarks. She was speaking to them loud enough for everyone at the bar to hear. I would hate to work for such a toxic owner. It saddens me because we’ve been coming here for years and it’s such a cozy neighborhood spot.

5 stars. My go to now for chicken sandwiches. They make any burger on the menu as a grilled or fried chicken.I recommend the smokehouse burger but with fried chicken it's got bbq, bacon and onion rings!

Dang this place is great!!! Love eating here especially the steak and eggs with extra steak pretty good price. The only issue is they are always busy, but that's just because they are really good. I def recommended checking them out!

First time there. Small but cute diner. Reasonable prices. I ordered sausage egg and cheese English muffins and home fries.I was full before finishing the plate up.My friend Vita had a b.l.t. and fries, she was full tooI'd definitely return again if I'm in the area
Sooooo good!!! I got the lobster stew, grilled cheese melt, chicken Caesar wrap, fried pickles, onion rings, fries and mozzarella sticks. Huge pieces of lobster in the stew. Mozzarella sticks were super fat and crispy. I also got a mudslide and a blue raspberry redbull. Both really good too!!! Can’t wait to eat here

Trainwreck is what comes to mind tonight. Had to ask several times to get silverware, Patty Melt burger came out almost raw the first time, fish taco's they didn't warm the tortillas at all, brought out a ice cold dinner roll after our friend finished his dinner. If the three teenage girls horsed around less things would run much smoother. It was a busy night but very poorly run.

Food was very good. I had grilled hash browns with bacon, 2 eggs over easy, and a pancake. It was all very tasty. They have a lot of interesting pictures on the wall.
