This place is a Scarborough fixture. They make great sandwiches and pizza. Everything on the menu is great! I stop here often for the breakfast sandwiches and breakfast pizza and there's usually their famous pepperoni pizza ready by the slice even in the morning. Pepperoni is breakfast pizza too! They have good coffee and a wide selection of cold drinks in the cooler. The owner, Pete Jr. is always there with a smile and knows his regulars. I think Pete Sr. and Jr. have been here about 40-45 years and they are at least 25% of why I'm fat! Lol

I was really excited to try this pizza, it had a good quality crust but there was a frozen dough flavor that killed the excitement for me, the cheese was incredibly greasy that the toppings were just falling off. The mushrooms are canned and less than appetizing, and I am a little biased on this one but the sausage is some kind of sliced sausage nonsense that seems to be popular here in Maine. Overall it was a decent pizza but only at the two slices. Lady at the counter also said that if I wanted a garlic butter I should have asked for it while placing my order. Lady, I'm trying your food I'm not a local! Seriously what is wrong with Maines customer service?!

We decided to stop in here today and try out the food as neither me or my partner had been here. He had the ham and cheese and I had the steak and cheese with light Mayo. We weren't disappointed! Excellent food and definitely plan on stopping in next time we're in the area.

I went in and bought a 18 oz. bottle of beer and noticed it was 4 months expired and went back in. We checked others of that brand and they were the same .He put them back in the cooler to sell and and said they were fine. That there was nothing wrong with them .He gave me my money back and told me to leave his store. I was polite and surprised because all i was looking for was a replacement .I never had someone act that way toward me. As I left he said I can pou rthat beer that down your throat and you will get just as drunk. I was just looking for 1 bottle. It must be nice to have such a successful business he can treat a customer that way. I hope he doesn't have the same mindset about his food.

Coming from NY my expectations of pizza are high, and I Never thought this would be my fav pizza place in maine but it is, my only downfall is that 4/5 times I order my food with broccoli (because I'm a vegetarian) they are always out. Double order your broccoli. I just don't go here as much as I use to because they are out of broccoli so often. Besides that, food is great, people are great. :)

Talk about your neighborhood place...Pete and his team are always friendly and accommodating. Willing to make whatever you want...can't go wrong with their pizza! Always fresh HOT slices available, even if you crave at breakfast. Worth the stop...just ask everyone around town!

Once upon a remodel my dad and I were hungry as hell. We had just picked up some flooring at Mardens and on the way back he mentioned that there was a place around the corner with a sick pastrami pizza - and I couldn't even wrap my head around it. We swung in to grab a pie and were greeted by a super-friendly crew! They had made far too many pepperoni pizzas for the day, so they were selling full pies for only $7.99! We quickly switched up our order from pastrami to pepperoni and I'm not sad about it, either. The crusts were light and chewy, with huge air bubbles and the perfect amount of seasoning. It was everything I could do to not dig in right there in the truck! To go along with the pie, we grabbed a bag of Humpty Dumpty All-Dressed chips and two cream sodas. That pizza made my damn day, on the real. I haven't stopped talking about it! We'll absolutely be back for the pastrami pie - I keep dreaming about it!
