Ate here this past Saturday. Quite good :)I actually liked how cozy the interior was. Felt right-sized, and it was hella clean. There's a couple tables and a short bar inside, along with a few chairs outside.Service was chill and friendly. Fast without feeling hasty. Accurate without feeling fussy.Had a lobster roll picnic style with chips, preceded by a cup of clam chowder. Everything was terrific: flavorful, tender, at the right temperature. The slaw was cleverly hidden under the lobster.When I'm back in Portland, I'd be happy to eat here again :)

I thought it was by the coast, it's in a small place in between a strip mall.Great parking, lots of it.TINY restaurant!! I think maybe 10 people can fit in there to sit down and eat.They have unique lobster roll combinations, market price on the lobster and plenty of merchandise to purchase.Over all, it was delicious and I was not disappointed in the lobster roll!The pulled pork sandwich... I've had better.If I'm in the area I will definitely get me another lobster roll :)

The rolls here are on another level. Lobster tasted like it jumped out of the cold ocean straight into my mouth it was so fresh. The clam chowder is a must try. Service was very hospitable. This place is as good as advertised.

Place is inside a small strip mall with only a few chairs to sit on inside BUT the food is delicious. We had the conn and Maine lobster rolls and they were filled with fresh lobster meat and the roll was toaster just right. The tops came with cape cod chips and a side order of coleslaw completed the meal. The coleslaw had a vinegarette dressing which gave it a different taste. Not bad just differentHighly recommend it if you're in the area

Omg!!!!!!!!! I had the lobster Mac grilled cheese. The way my lip quivered when I took that first bite!! It was so good ! I wish there was a spot here in the DMV. The best darn grilled cheese I had in my LIFE! Must stop through if you're in Portland-Scarsborough area.

Best lobster Mac and cheese I've ever had! The Main Lobster Roll is perfect! Lobster Bisque is also amazing. I would recommend getting a 4 oz roll and the lobster bisque. Two can share the Mac and cheese. Must try all three!

We ate a lobster roll from the Bite into Maine food truck in Cape Elizabeth and it was so good that we decided we wanted another one!
First of all, Apple Maps will direct you to the small shopping center across the street, if you go to the location at 185 US-1. Don't be discouraged. Turn around and find it for my favorite lobster roll of my trip to Portland.I ordered the "picnic" lobster roll with coleslaw, celery salt, and warm butter. When they brought it out, they had a small tea kettle of butter, and asked me to "say when" there was enough butter for my liking! The celery salt added a great zing, and the coleslaw added a fresh, crunchy element that really complemented the richness of the buttery lobster.

Lovely small local eatery for fresh lobster choices. Food was delicious, fresh and made quickly. Staff were welcoming, friendly, and were able to meet my special request for my sandwich easily. Cost ranged, based on the amount of lobster in your meal choice which is to be expected. Only a few places to sit inside with a few small tables and a couple of picnic tables outside. Food can be taken to go though which would be an awesome choice for larger groups. Ordering ahead for larger group pickup would be suggested as well I think. If ever in the area definitely a place to check out!

Okay, the food at Bite Into Maine is 5 stars for taste. Their lobster roll (specifically the picnic one) is by far the best I've ever had year after year. But the prices have just become untenable. In 2020 it was $18.50 for a roll. This year that same roll was $29.50. That's more than a 50% increase in 3 years. I get food prices have gone up but at this point it's hard to enjoy when you are paying this much for a modestly sized lunch. It is worth trying once though!

We were so lucky to have Bite Into Maine cater our wedding in Sebago! They were so fast to respond to any questions we had & communicated so well throughout the entire process - Kevin was incredibly friendly & personable. We live in TX and had to coordinated everything from a distance and had zero issues working with them. Everybody was so excited for the food & everything tasted amazing. We loved how much they offered on their catering menu & had a little bit of everything - they kept us very well fed! Can't recommend them enough, glad they are blowing up & only getting busier!
