Food is pretty much always on point here. I was hesitant to go where I’d been let down a few times at the Rock Row location, but this one is hands down much better. Amber is a great bartender, the atmosphere is always welcoming. I don’t see how the food is overpriced, unless you’re comparing it to subpar dining, to which you get what you pay for. Definitely worth a stop in. Mac and cheese, and the stuffed avocado is 10/10

Went out for a friends night out and was severely let down with this experience. We waited well over 45 min for our first drinks. The waitress ignored her tables multiple times. Multiple complaints. We got our food when we finally got to order and never saw her again until she asked if we were all set. Full table of empty glasses and plates. Restaurant was not busy at all. Waited over an hour from the time our food came out until we saw her to pay the bill. I reached out to the DM Travis explained what happened he admitted to many complaints that night. Promised to make it right. He was mailing out a gift card so all of us could go back and try the experience over again. Never received the gift card. Called Travis again and he never returned my call. I gave him the benefit of the doubt before writing a review however he didn’t follow through as a district manager should have. Very poor service however the food was amazing which is why I gave it a 2 and not a 1!

I would give this place a zero if I could. I went to Cowbell for the first and last time last night. You better bring some $$$. Super pricy. Super dirty. Spelling errors all over the menu. They sat us at a table that had food and trash all over the floor. The floor clearly had not been washed in a few days. It was super sticky and had black stains from debris and sticky stuff all over it. It takes days to acquire that kind of dirt. The table was just as sticky and still had a straw wrapper on it. So it hadn’t been cleaned or washed either. The food was average at best. We ordered fried pickles and they use sweet pickles. Was so gross. Like eating fried relish. Who use’s sweet pickles for fried pickles? Revolting. My burger was so burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. So it was cooked at a high heat way too fast. My wife’s fries were undercooked pretty much raw. The bacon was so crispy it turned into dust. The waitress never offered us a drink. She never came back to ask how the food was or if we needed anything. Probably because the food would have gone back. She gave us one tiny napkin to eat our burgers with and no drink. For a table of4. The table itself was so sticky too and there was food all over the unused chair next to me. If this is how the front of the house looks, I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen or rear of the house is. We won’t be back. Way too dirty and grimey. Way, way, too expensive for sub par food at best. We and all our friends will not be back. Not one person at the table liked it. ?

We both ordered beer and burgers. The burgers were overcooked even though I told them the exact temp I wanted our burgers when asked. The beer menu is not updated so you need to ask about every beer. This is such an easy fix to just print a current offering menu. We sat in a booth that was not comfortable. This was one of the few places actually open when we needed something, so a few points for that.

So everyone says you Bettah bring your wallet if your going to Cowbell! Not true you can order online takeout and not bring a penny with you lol Anyway I just had my 1st burger experience at Cowbell Scarborough and honestly it was pretty damn good. $19.76 gets you a good sized burger which comes with a side. Completely full after having it without being overly full. I had the crazy ex on a brioche bun with tots. I wasn't expecting sweet potato tots but they actually complimented the spicy Japs in the burger. The bacon wasn't visually appealing but tasted great. I will return or go to rock row establishment for sure. Great lunchtime burger plate good job guys.Parking: Really small lot maybe there's more room out back??

We came to hear one of our favorite musicians (2 for Jackson). If you haven't seen them, you are missing a great night of entertainment. They obviously love playing, and they engage with the clientele in a way many can't. You can also be 15 feet from them and carry on a conversation. What a concept! Just finished a very good meal. The steak tips were a large portion, and the mashed potatoes were not just plain smashed. They had an excellent flavor. The rice was just plain, so I wouldn't recommend that if you like flavors, but it was properly cooked. Broccoli was fresh and perfectly cooked. Service was excellent, and food came quickly. Good crowd, but still no wait.
